Everything was great. The people were so friendly and helpful and always available and ready to help with a smile. Everything was great. The pool was wonderful and the staff went out of their way to be above and beyond what we could have ever expected.

Secluded place, suitable for far walks long beach, free internet, free trips, new comfortable rooms, very helpful stuff Sand on the beach is thin and that is why the water is not transparent. After highwater many ocean trash. Hotel stuff clean the beach but not well. If you plan many trips it is better to stay at Ao Nang beach becouse of high prices for Taxi. Place is perfect for those who tired from big city and want just relax in silence on ocean beach. Long beach (Had Yao) is new and there are only several opened hotels. The beach is really long and well for walking. There'a thousands of funny sand crabs. Hotel provides FREE trips to Krabi Town (mon), Ao Nang (wed), Hot Springs (fri). They provides FREE WiFi Internet (not very reliably, but good in general). Team is very helpful. Every ask we had was fulfilled if it was can be done theoretically.
Prices for Taxi (one way):
Ao Nang - 1200Bt
Krabi Town - 900
Airport - 600
We had trips to James Bond Island (2x900Bt for Taxi and 2x1300 for trip from Krabi Town) and Three Islands (Poda, Chicken and one more near Chiken island, for 4000Bt per boat from hotel)

Great friendly staff The only thing that was even slightly a problem was that the resort is quite a way from Krabi airport and very secluded, but for absolute relaxation you couldnt find anywhere more peacefull Everything was fabulous about Nantra, the whole setting of the resort is absolutely stunning, and our beachfront private pool villa was the highlight of our Thailand trip. We only had a short while to stay there as we travelled around a lot for our trip, but i would reccomend this to anyone. Pricier than some, but worth every cent. The attention to every detail is outstanding nothing is missed. We loved our stay!

beautiful beach After 2 weeks off traveling around Thailand we enjoyed the relaxing stay at the Nantra de Deluxe hotel. No mass tourism & Mr Bee to take care of you. What else do you need? A lovely hotel to enjoy your honeymoon, but not if you want to go party with a group of friends.

For some: location. We wanted to find a very nice hotel to totally relax after a week of intense traveling. So we booked at Nantra Deluxe. We did indeed have a relaxing stay, but it was almost too quiet and far from everything. So far away, that is was very confusing for our motorcycle drivers, that had promised to takes us there. But we found it, and to share a whole hotel with one other German couple equals a lot of peace. If you're a city beat kind of person, this is not the place. If you meditate in the morning and the evening on the beach wrapped in a nice fluffy pool towel, this is your spot. We liked it!

Room was fantastic and very clean. The hotel was very quiet only 5 couples and on occassions if felt like the staff wanted you to leave after your meal so they could go home, by 9:30 its was dead. The staff were lovely friendly and eager to please, the manager B was amazing guy. Some pople have complained about the beach being dirty I was there in Janueary and the beach is not dirty it has black sand that you find in those parts of the world but it was not dirty. I satyed for 4 nights and that was enough for a chill out and a rest. There is not a lot to do but the manager had started arranging days out for people. If you did not have transport and were there for a week or more you may go a bit stir crazy. The place is lovely but it is kinda in the middle of nowhere. Also make sure you get the hotel send a taxi to pick you up from the airport it will make things a lot easier. Enjoy the sun and the food and get a good tan!!!!

Only 21 units, every unit is a villa by itself. Space is aplenty with lots of privacy. Staff is approachable and always willingly to assist. Landscapes and other interior or exterior is kept minimalist but tastefully done. It's right front a beach. Great place to GET away.. doing nothing. Location is 1 hour away from ao nang! even transportation was offered part of the package. It's still very far.2 hours of travelling can be use for something better. Unless you intend to watch lots of movies and just stay in the room. Limited facility.
Hotel is only been established 6 months, it's very new and tucked away in a new beach means its like you get the first hand to explore and experience the real essence and charm of the place.
It's a private beach front property, very quiet, secluded and safe. Only problem is that the beach isn't what I hope it would be - white sand. In fact, it's horrendous, the management could really look into cleaning up the beach. It's such a waste!

Very friendly staff. How beautifully designed spacious rooms. Low prices. Where it was difficult to understand. Rooms and bath are spacious, comfortable and well designed could stay. The sea in front of you because of the rain was not so clean. Reduce the number of rooms, so a quiet environment, you can lounge around. And whether you want to use.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Is 30 minutes from the airport. Seemed to be a convenience store nearby.

Quiet good ค่ะ the private beach resort is a lovely small restaurant is really delicious food, especially western ค่ะ. นึง bit far to travel. Than to resort to. And staff is scarce. Just have to stay here the first name be really long, long beach resort is the tidiness. To feel the area is a personal creation.Swimming is a small sandy beach, the reception the movie has borrowed many customers to see. We really say much. A shift แน่ะ video rental store.

Located in the absolute nothingness restaurant .. no no no bar shop nearby, according to Ao Nang approximately 1.5 hours, the beach is black and dirty. The restaurant lovelessly very very simple .. no deco .. The facility is surrounded by high walls, it's moved in front as in the prison .. it will be offered massage, DVD rental, Internet, nothing!. Between the bungalows there is a scale Bach .. might look nice but is not maintained very turbid water .. .. the rooms are big enough, with simple green lights, the bathroom is located in the entrance with an open bathtub .. was quite nice but it lacks some extra for a design hotel.
