good location and good lay out compare with other hotel, it has larger space with 3 swimming pool. in general the hotel is in tier one in Ao Nang area and staffs are very friendly.

Location is decent for those headed out to islands (phi phi or raleigh beach). This hotel is TIRED. Staff is terribly unattentive except for one bartender who we tipped well because he stood out from the rest. We were made to feel like a nuisance when making small requests. Rooms were gross and construction made the stay noisy during the day. As covered in my Cons, I would stay away from this hotel. The pictures on its site and brochures are far from reality. The service was truly pitiful, and we left dissatisfied and a bit pissed.
Restaurant Tip : Tanta had great food (pizza and steamed fish).

Helpful reception,Near to shops and night market. Improve on the rooms.Not as seen in the internet.Deceiving.Disappointed for the price paid for such resort. Not as seen in the internet.Deceiving.Over price for that kind of resort.Even a budget guest house such as Baan Andaman is better off.The staff keep waiting at the door for tips.Irritating.Simply quote Baht800 for hotel transfer to airport then later said Baht600 when i said I will go out and look.Not worth the price.I remember reading the review that the breakfast is fantastic well, it's just ordinary.Nothing to shout about
