Ideal for relaxation
Great location - great beach

If you are looking for a Resort to relax this is the place.
2 Swimming pools (1 busiest with not enough transat sometime) and the resort is located really in front of the beach.
Nice restaurant (breakfast generous and good)
I recommand this resort to relax.

Stunning location

Great location and adventure as you need to arrive by boat, very well organised transfer from the airport.
The rocks surrounding the beach take your breath away and make for a very idylic location.
The Delux cottage is very comfortable, with a really nice big room.
However do be careful of your personal belongings as the hotel is open to the public walking from the east side to the west. I left a pair of trainers outside on the terrace and on the 3rd morning then had been stolen, just be aware. I did report to the hotel and followed up by e mail but I have had no response from the hotel.
It did not spoil the holiday but I woudl of expected a response from the hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Recomend the James Bond Island trip, a long day but well worth the trip.
Also recomend to book the airport transfer, it just make your arrival and departure hasstle free

Definitely worth staying at in Railay. Free wifi (its slow, but works), good but not great food, clean rooms, pools, etc. Great sunset views from the restaurant/bar.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. We were upgraded to a privacy cottage with the Jacuzzi. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The beach was nice, perfect for young children. We booked transfer through the hotel, was flawless. Breakfast was good, dinner was just ok, barbecued fish could have been better. Overall, we had a good stay and will probably be back if we ever go to Krabi

You must phone ahead to arrange transfers from the airport. Railay Bay can only be accessed by boat.
The staff is really helpful and professional, although often a bit limited in English language.
Our Privacy Cottage was spacious, well appointed and beautifully designed. Loved the private outdoor jacuzzi.
Restaurant Tip:
Railay Bay seems to have the best restaurant on the beach. Priced at "cheapish Western" rather than "third world cheap". A good range of dishes. Service was a bit laid back at times.
