Definitely recommend staying here
The view was amazing, spacious rooms, great decor
Great customer service, clean large bathroom with a great shower great attention to details. It was a bit of a walk from the "center" of town but I didn't mind because I wanted my hotel to be a bit secluded and they have what felt like a nice private beach and kayaks!

You get what you pay for
Friendly staff, comfortable room, really great view
Staff was hospitable and even came to clean our room after midnight. The resort overlooks the sea and has a beautiful view, with a charming balcony too.

Best in Railay!
Location, solitude, and the room
My stay here was the best while in Railay. The grand deluxe cottage is worth the extra money. You're definitely secluded and feel like you're in paradise. Truly a great view of railay and more. Woke up to monkeys and snake skin on my porch! So be prepared to be in the jungle. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Awesome hide away
The room, pool and easy walking
It was good. Note that it is run by Muslims so they only have wine and beer and little at that. Also it's a hike to rooms but worth it

Great location
The location. The room and the view were excellent.
The room and the view were superb only to be let down by a lot of other things. I stayed there when it was developed some 4 years ago. A new pool has gone on since but the waterfront bar looks like a workshop for the hotel and was closed. The only alcohol available with dinner was red or white wine and singha beer. My partner ordered a chicken dish to be given a prawn dish. Although she likes prawns this was very poorly done. My dish also was uninspiring. Breakfast was appalling with a toaster that requires you to put your bread through three times to toast. There was also sausage franks swimming in tepid water with sliced cheese alongside also in water. Very bizarre even. The Danish were dry and looked shop bought and the hot food offered was overcooked and cold. Even the fried eggs were either cold or hard in the chaffing dishes. Most of the hotel staff lacked an understanding of English which made ordering or asking about anything very difficult. It was amusing to be served by staff in pink bedroom slippers as it appeared no standards were set. I paid nearly double what I did 4 years ago as the room was great. The only thing great apart from the room this time was my disappointment.

What a location, beyond beautiful
Remote yet accessible, THE POOL, the rooms were just stunning and so authentic Thai 'old school' luxuriant
It was generally perfect but the one let down was the lazy rude manager who couldn't even be bothered to stand from his little office two meters from reception to help us with stuff twice which the seasonal staff didn't know about. He was rude, dismissive and didn't seem to care less about his guests. All other staff were lovely, I have to say. He was just arrogant and left the one bad taste about an otherwise ideal holiday. I'd still definitely go back if I was lucky enough to have the chance but seriously, he should have some respect for people who have travelled a very long way and spent a lot of money to stay at his establishment.

Don't bother staying here--too many problems
pool
Great View frustrated us for a variety of reasons. It is VERY FAR from the beach on West Railay (about a 30-minute walk--and we are athletes who don't tend to complain about these things). In fact, it's far from the bars and restaurants on East Railay as well--a 15-minute walk including a serious hill. Feels very isolating. The service is unfriendly, unhelpful, and hard to communicate with. The rooms are pretty but not well sealed, so mosquitoes are a problem. After coming home to lizard on our pillows two days in a row, we finally asked for a mosquito net. The hotel's saving grace is the pool--it's lovely. The balconies are quite nice as well. But this place is certainly not worth the money or effort. Our six days here were supposed to be the most relaxing part of our trip, but it was tough to get comfortable here. I would have changed hotels if their cancellation policy had not been so inflexible.
