Took a while to find, signage could be clearer or check in info on site. Hotel being knocked down and re built, so had to walk through construction to find hotel at back. Staff friendly and price great..

unfortunately i booked 3 nights and had to leave early, they refused to allow me to move my nights so had to forfeit 2 nights accommodation. pretty poor attitude from reception considering size of hotel. other than that food was over priced, pool was quite nice.

we found the princess perfectly located to explore all of railay. extremely neat, comfortable & clean, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. greatly appreciated complimentary daily bottled waters & room cleaning. beautiful views of limestone e cliffs & well-maintained grounds/gardens. didn't eat at the restaurant or make use of spa faciilities - quite pricey compared to other options. made use of other facilities on railay bay resort on west beach which princess is affiliated with. must check out phananf cave beach - very special. pay attention to the warning on the sliding door to keep the doors closed due to the monkeys that like to help themselves to the mini bar - true story!

Great Hotel and location
Location is very strategic, it is located in the middle which gives you the option to see both sides of the island. "Pinky", the receptionist is great and all the staff also were delightful and very helpful. The room was spacious and food food was very accessible. They offered reasonable packages and also gave us a complimentary cake for my brother's birthday. The bathroom was clean and the view was fantastic!

i just have one comment for the resort's pool. it wasn't well lighted during the eve and we didn't have one light in the balcony. not sure if the design was supposed to be like that for the pool area but it was not well lighted and was really dark.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
ask in the reception for the packages for the island hopping tours and better get the airport transfers which will include the land and sea service. you may also opt to share the transfers with some guests to make it more cheaper for your budget, since the van was big also. don't miss out the spa and explore both east and west side, especially phranang beach.

Great deal, switch rooms if something is broken

staff is very accommodating. rp just changed owners so i felt some things were left unfixed and maybe they're just in limbo. for example, i was put in a room with a shower that had no shower head. instead there was a plastic bottle over the end of the pipe and water dribbled out. also it was only hot or cold. i asked to switch rooms and did get one whose shower worked fine. however, in the new room, the dvd cables connecting to the tv were frayed and missing connectors. you can borrow dvds for free from the railay bay reception (if you can find it, over on west railay beach! =), so i wanted to use the dvd player.. these two items- the shower and the dvd player's cables- were broken things that clearly the hotel knew about, but they put me in these rooms anyway hoping probably that either i would not notice, care, or complain. the hotel was quick to fix these issues though and i hope other travelers will speak up if they feel they haven't been accommodated properly. the breakfast is not that good compared to what i had in bangkok for the same price or compared to what else is around railay.. i left a tip for the cleaning staff one day and they turned my room into a honeymoon sweet complete with roses, which i thought was very funny..
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
climbing here is awesome. if you can, find the guy ( his sister lives in railay too) who takes you out on a sailboat to climb walls and jump into the ocean. it's incredible, if you're into that.

We were only going to stay 2 nights but extended to 5. Friendly service, nice rooms with great views. Good central location to west beach for sunsets and east beach for food/shops. Best eats on Railay is 'Local thai' restaurant which is in the jungle directly opposite hotel.
Travel tip:
Travel best via Namou to Railay east beach which is easier to access hotel from, as Aonang to Railay west beach is more ardous if your carrying luggage.

this hotel is an excellent option, with a great location between west and east railay beaches, allowing you to enjoy the best beaches of the west and the best nightlife options of the east cost. it was a very good value for money hotel, but taking into account more than 30% agoda discount. the room was big and very comfortable, except for the shower that was not that big enough. i would recommend this hotel if you find a good agoda discount.

lovely hotel. Beware of the monkeys, they come into your room and steal things from the mini bar, very entertaining though !!

we enjoyed this hotel, railey grew on us. I would recommend the night time snorleking trip, great fun, sold at most of the bars on the beach. The east beach is not very nice, rather smelly and dirty.

Settled in between Railay West and East, the walk short, 1-2 mins depending on your ability. Made for good eating and cheaper everything on the East side, but the West side is all about the beautiful beach, and stunning views, dramatic Limestone columns and cliffs. The wifi didnt work at all in the room, but this seems to be standard in Thailand. Wifi worked in the lobby just fine.
