Please be informed that Railay Beach is not accessible via the mainland and unfortunately there is NO free transfer service to Railay Beach. Longtail Boat services are available but will be subject to the tide cycles. Please contact Agoda customer service who will be happy to help you arrange the transfer with the hotel.
Please note that the hotel will rebuild the new facilities such as Minimart, Conference room, Massage room, Muslim Prayer rooms and Tourist information office from January 15 – August 31, 2013 between 9:00am – 6:00pm. The hotel would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused.

This is a good place to come if you want to relax and enjoy the beach. Go straight for the new deluxe rooms which are amazing. But you can avoid the restaurant, the food is really average and the staff in the restaurant is not so keen on taking care of your well being.
The rest of the staff is nice. The only tips I would give is to ask for the room at the back to avoid the noise of the boat coming every morning to pick up people for day trip.
By the way going to Phi Phi island was a disappointment as it was very touristic and we got a bad weather. Avoid the trip with Ao Nang Orchid boat.
