location is a huge advantage. and the dinner at hotel restaurant is delicious.

i think the decoration of hotel is average. nothing special. however, the dinner in restaurant at front beach is very tasty. most importantly, the location of hotel is very good.
by the way, the female receptionist at front desk should be more mind-serviced.

This place has been around for a long time as it is so near to the beach. They apgraded it with a swimming pool but the standard rooms are not hte best option. Better go rof the more expensive rooms with AC.

Good location to explore Railay. However there is no night life here.its a resort catering to families with kids. Thats not unique to this hotel though, its the pattern on Railey West beach. The hole place is dead by 10pm. So if u are solo traveller, like myself, u are better of staying at Tonsai beach or Railey East.

Perfect deal in a perfect place

this was my favorite hotel in thailand. bungalow-style, you never feel like you're indoors. there are beautiful paths leading to the bungalows and around the pools, often where you'll see some of the beach's friendly cats playing. the pool was small but nice, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. our room was against the staff's quarters, and we could often hear them talking at night through our bathroom window, but this wasn't very bothersome. we had easy access to the beach and all that railay had to offer. the guest services people were extremely helpful in picking different day trips, helping us rent water gear, and in answering our questions about what to do while in railay. i highly recommend this hotel.

Probably best choice if you want to stay @ Railay

We stay there for 4 nights, it was really a good choice, but you need to know before that, this place (railay) is really lost, no cars, for moving you need to take boat.
There's a lot of people come to railay for climbing also.
If you already know that and you want calm (or climbing), We recommand this hotel, because it is on the best beach of railay and everything is good.
Restaurant Tip:
If you stay there be sure to try the best restaurant with real food.
First you have to find the bamboo bar, on the west side of Railay, five min. by foot from your hotel, then just after the bamboo bar you will see a lot of stairs, in up you found the best (for us) restaurant with really cheap price.
Try the Mango Chutney :)
