Excellent Hotel-----recommend it to everyone
Rooms were tastefully designed and decorated
10
this resort totally exceeded my expectations. it is tucked away from the main road so you don't hear any traffic noise. it has a tropic garden setting letting you feel as if you are in a real oasis. the rooms are fantastic, beautifully decorated and set out. the pool area is very tranquil and the restaurant setting is gorgeous. buffet breakfast had a very good selection. staff were very helpful. hotel was clean and tidy. i recommend staying here if you are in ao nang. it is within walking distance to restaurants, shops and waterfront.

Paradise just off the main road
landscape, pool, room size, view

I have nothing but positive remarks for this resort. The main street is busy, so I wasn't sure at first, but this hotel is a short turn away from the street and it turns into a tropical paradise. We stayed in a double trip room with two beds. There was so much space and a great bathroom. Make sure to put the bath mat down so you don't slip coming out because it's a wide step from the tub. It had an awesome balcony overlooking a pond with bright pink lotus flowers. After we came back from our day's outing, there was local fruit waiting in the room. The location is a short walk to the beach. I would rather stay here with it's ambiance than one of the hotels on the main beach road because except for 1 or 2, they are all on the other side of the street from the beach. Plus, I think it's best to take a day trip from here to Railay for swimming or rock climbing or Phi Phi Island. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Don't miss the sunset from the beach! Watch that, then head up to one of the restaurants for dinner.
Ocean Mart is across the street down towards the beach. Have lots of "farang" food there.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. We enjoyed it as much as the first time. The Pool area is great, clean and welcoming. The rooms are always clean and refreshed daily.
You are in the perfect spot for enjoying Ao Nang, everything is walking distance but a moped is still fun for getting around.
Restaurant Tip:
Straight across the road, the guy with the restaurant on a tuk tuk. 40 - 50 Baht a dish and its the best authentic Thai food. Ate there every day with my wife.

A true tropical paradise hotel
The staff were polite and friendly; the food was good; the swimming pool was spacious; the views were lovely.
9.7
This hotel had comfortable, spacious, private rooms, designed so that each balcony was private from any other balcony. But to us, the most wonderful part was that the clusters of fancy bungalows are built among a true thick tropical jungle – they obviously have a very skilled head gardener. This is the kind of place that most people are looking for, but don't find. The rates are reasonable for each season. If you like a concrete high-rise block with no individuality, this is not for you. The restaurant is roofed but not walled, and the food is reasonably priced and very good. I know the town of Ao Nang very well, and this is by far the best hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
A short 5-minute walk from the sea beach.

Beautiful resort to relax
Great room surrounded by beautiful landscaping
8.3
the landscaping is so great that one could sit on the balcony all day, and the rooms are so good that i hated to leave. love to go back someday.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Ao Nang Orchid Boat service gave us a perfect trip to Koh Phi Phi and back. Highly recommend their services.

"Rainforest" hotel
Hotel design is great with lush greenery resembling a rainforest.
6.3
Plus:
1. Good location, near to all the ammenities and about 5 minutes walk to the beach.
2. Room was generally clean but basic (no coffee maker, no toothbrush/toothpaste/comb.
Minus:
1. Courtesy and friendliness of the reception was lacking. Was received with glum faces and spoken as if we're not welcome.
2. Lighting was lacking everywhere.
3. Food and drinks outside the hotel were expensive.
Shopping Tip:
Must know how to bargain. They will charged you at least 100%-200% more on first asking.

Good comfortable rooms with great location

the hotel rooms were amazing. the whole resort is built on top of a swamp which is a very different approach. this however makes the place very humid and prone to mosquitoes, but that's very minor. pool was great. food at the hotel is delicious, we did not even out! service is pleasant as well. the resort location is strategic as well as it is in the ao nang town and just a mere 5 minutes walk to the beach. all in all, highly recommended!

great hotel but staff uncaring
fantastic gardens, location,b/fast, pool, room but abit dark with big porch
8
loved the hotel but air con leaked badly so lots of water on floor for 2 nights, also a bad leak on porch from rain, bath plug didnt work nor did safe in room, alerted staff to these things & nothing done-not helpful or friendly- unlike other hotels, but a beautiful place anyway because of gardens, bfast, big comfy room etc
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
go to railay beach & walk to other side-huge rock faces & great boat ride, better beach than ao nang, stay on quieter side as lots of noise from boats but good for a day trip

Beautiful Resort with great location
The rooms were nice, we had a poolside view which was beautiful. Great location and right near everything you needed, shops, food etc.

Will definetly stay there again, had a great time the resort was very tropical - only thing we would have liked to be different would be the plumbing and flushing of the toilet but we could live with that.
Hotel Feature Tip:
No bar so BYO

A hotel with a very close to nature feelings
very quiet and a very nice place to retreat
7.7
nice big room with good balcony view except for house keeping not doing a very good job
Travel tip:
A hotel worth going back. Very clean, quiet and close to nature type of feeling. Not far from the beach and night market just along the main road.
