warm reception, curteous staff, quiet environment for relaxing
a few minutes by car to popular Au Nang, but not a real problem as free transport is provided to the town.
As we arrived, we were greeted to a warm welcome c/w welcome drinks. Resort staff is very helpful, well mannered and cheerful. They briefed us on the popular spots in the vicinity and can help plan for an enjoyable holidays. Hotel food is considered satisfactory and reasonable priced. Hotel environment is peaceful and bautifully land scaped, though mosquitoes are quite a nuisance, sometimes come in through the bath area and then into bedroom, so bathroom door got to be closed at all times. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Not sure they cleaned the pool daily...
We had a poolside bungalow and found it to be exactly what we wanted. Max 10 minutes to walk to the beach, besides, they drive you to Ao Nang for free. We walked back to the resort every night, it took about half an hour. No problems with the location for us But then, we're walkers. Breakfast was not all that bad, and the coffee was served hot (better than nothing). Stayed for two nights before taking a longtail to wonderful Railay (stay on the East, it's much cheaper and only a short walk to paradise at Hat Phranang anyway).
