Situated in a quiet area away from the main drag of Ao Nang.
Friendly helpful staff.
Beautiful Accomodation.
10 Minute walk away from the beach.
sunda is a beautiful relaxed resort with very helpful & friendly staff.
The rooms are well maintained and cleaned to high standard.
The buffet breakfast is a great way to start the day.
The pool area is well kept and the pool is sparkling clean.
Some construction work was going on during my stay, but it didn't impact the relaxing atmosphere at all. I highly recommend this resort and will return without hesitation.

the resort was very beautiful and rooms perfect, the staff were so friendly and helpful have to thank them.
only problem for me was mozzies and because of the time we went it rained for a few days but thats life
i recommend this resort to anyone, it is not too far from town and the beach is only 10 mins away, if you have motorbike even better, i would go back any day just in better season, and if you want to chill it has swimming pool also, but the huts were so nice, thank you to all the staff.

Individual duplex chalet style, nice sort of garden setting bathroom, room is nice and clean, the whole place is in a garden setting, they made the towels into shape of swans.
The trees in the garden need some trimming/tidying up, proably a little under kept garden. It's 5-10 min drive to Ao Nang town, would not recommend if don't have car as it's pretty dark at night to get to town.
The pricing is a little too steep for the level of facilities provided. Upkeep of the place needs to improve to keep the garden from overgrowing. The so called canal is actually just a muddy stream, nothing that fancy about. The chalets facing the swimming pool is in fact at the back of a local mosque, so you can hear when it's praying time - not too loud, and only for a short period. Breakfast place was nicely setup but a little too warm with only 1 decorative fan. Need more fans here. Breakfast menu was pretty basic, staff was helpful and friendly.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Turn out right coming out from Sunda Resort is the shortest route to Noppong beach. The other direction is a narrow road but gets you out next to the tourist police junction.

A really, really fabulous place! I wish I had stayed a lot longer than I had booked. The hotel is perfect for a relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle of a typical holiday resort hotel. It is situated a little off the beaten track, and so travel by taxi (available from the hotel) is esential. However the mild inconvenience of this is well worth it. The rooms are very large with beautiful terrace area and good sized bathroom. There is a little building work happening, but no disruption was caused at all. Beautiful pool but would get crowded in high season! We were the only guests so in terms of the food on offer, we may have gotten a false impression. Not much choice. Eating out in the centre of AO Nang is a much better option. Overall, go before other people hear about this hidden gem!

This is a little hidden resort for the people who would like to find tranquility. As I stayed in low season, I did not meet many guests and the place was so quiet and peaceful. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I felt so welcomed. The resort is in beautiful, tropical gardens, and has a nice swimming pool. The room is simple, yet the bed is nicely decorated. I loved the bathroom full of charms. The spacious balcony surrounded by the trees is perfect for relaxation. The breakfast was a little disappointment. It was pretty basic(American breakfast), and not a great choice for me as I am vegetarian. I would prefer to have some local and fresh fruit or juice rather than boring toast and eggs, especially in the hot weather. Although I did not have any food there the open-air restaurant area is very pleasant. And also you can enjoy a little chat with the staff. Overall I would recommend this resort to anyone.
They are reasonably priced, and I will be happy to stay here again if I have a chance to come back to Krabi. (They are building more bungalows now, so I don't know how long they can keep this peaceful atmosphere. You should go there before too many guests swarm in this resort!)
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : I went to one of the spas recommended by the staff at the resort and it was not the cheapest, but I thought that the place was overpriced. Simply not good enough!

Atmosphere, facilities, bungalows, bathrooms, staff, kitchen
Location, nocturnal insects violin concert :-)
The Sunda Resort is a small, pretty resort with privacy created, two pools and a very good food (in this case necessarily the green curry taste). Already on arrival we were greeted kindly, and the ladies at the reception have always something to tell or ask. The use of the Internet at the reception is free. Breakfast Smorgasbord is plentiful. The bungalows themselves are beautifully decorated - with glass front and a small terrace with benches. Small downside, if you can describe as a disadvantage, is the offside position. By TukTuk is but one in 2 minutes on the beach. TukTuk to the city and the beach is offered free of charge. Toll! It took us here very much.
Restaurant Tip : In the hotel itself, we have eaten very well.

Very quiet complex with tropical gardens, two swimming pools including nonswimmer pool, clean. Free tuk-tuk shuttle. Free Internet access at the reception.
Very remote Resort. Distance to beach (500m distance), according to Aonang more. Very, very simple breakfast. The bathrooms are quite large, with light volume without windows, ie open.
Beautiful facility with a beautiful terrace, which, however, the evening no longer be used because of too many mosquitoes. The bathrooms are quite large, unfortunately, hardly any storage facilities for sanitary articles, etc. The bathroom is green and has a light band, which unfortunately no windows open. Thus, we had ants and larger insects in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the bathroom through the opening to the outside is not air conditioned, so is the humidity and temperature is very high. Even the stones in the shower are beautiful to look, but very clumsy in the shower. Very remote resort, with hotel's tuk-tuk shuttle after Aonang, return must be paid. If you want to coincide with other hotel guests leave the resort, it can happen that one has to wait. Very very simple breakfast, little variety for vegetarians even less choice.

Framework and hotel tres correct
Breakfast a bit restrictive on the choice
Hotel very well located in a very pleasant and relaxing. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The bathroom is original with a beautiful decoration. The pools are well distributed over the entire surface of the location of the hotel. The staff is very available and a Tuck Tuck is available free to visit the center.

Beautiful facility with a fantastic tropical garden.
The staff speaks good English and is always friendly and helpful. The system combines European is very clean and quiet. The location just outside is not a problem as the hotel has an in-house Tuk-Tuk has the guests free of charge to the city moving. The breakfast buffet is very rich and therefore surpasses many other hotels. Beautiful spacious rooms with large bathroom.
