Outside bathroom The Cliff in Ao Nang is great! With a stunning background, the setting of this little boutique hotel is excellent. Nice rooms, pool, food with excellent service. The resort towards the end of the "life" of the main road but it's only 40 baht to get anywhere in Ao Nang by mototaxi so who cares! Excellent restaurants, massage, etc etc nearby. Overall excellent time!

Facing along the street, but once you go inside of the hotel you won't hear a noise. Room is a little small but comfortable to stay. Scenery is splendid. Breakfast is served to a table in front of room at poolside. Shower tap's hole is stuck, and the flow of water is uncontrollable. And from the handle of the closet, a nail was halfway appeared and I was about to cut my finger. These are minor issues, but that's why I want them to be more careful. This hotel is categorized as one of top 50 beautiful resort in Thailand. I think it's worth, but they need more attention to tidiness.
But overall, the stay in this hotel was wonderful. I wish to stay there again soon.

Superb staff, good food, interesting architecture and landscaping,
convenient location. The rooms were a bit small. The Cliff is delightful yet serene and relaxed. Beautiful setting, helpful staff, free internet, excellent breakfast and evening meal. It's quite different and original but in ways that are all good. We liked being away from the commotion at the center of town yet within an easy walk of it. It was a nice break from the routine stay and seemed worth the favorable reviews. You will not confuse the Cliff with any of the other places you stayed in while visiting Thailand.

Okay but definitely not great.
Restaurant Tip : I got food poisoning here (not the hotel restaurant), most likely from a cheap place down the road or the ice in the fresh fruit juice across the street, be careful.

A bit expensive, but well worth a visit! You'll enjoy your stay for sure.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Don't stay in Ao Nang for a very long time, it's not a very charming place. Go to Koh Lanta or Railay beach or travel between the islands, it's much better.

The hotel room is small and villa type. Breakfast is ordered the night before last Sunday. It brought before requesting a room and breakfast. Breakfast is delicious. The lobby is connected to the Internet was one of two free PC. I felt that few of the breakfast menu. No bathtub. The toilets are located outside the room. Procedures not only fail, it also could not check in at times. Staff did not respond well at the time. Without attention to the young staff is vociferously by the pool at night, sleep in the way of guests. 10 minutes walk from the beach there. Airport bus ride from the hotel. Seven-Eleven and a nearby McDonald's, Starbucks, which made a variety of stalls and shops. Upon check-in staff and the reception was not so good.
