The pool, the kind staff and the quiet location.
Dirty floor and dirty bathrrom, stuffy smell
This hotel is located in a quiet place, only 5 walking minutes to Ao Nang centre.
The room might have been closed for a long time, since it had an unpleasant stuffy smell. Although the sheets and the towels were cleaned, the floor was very dusty. The air conditioning was fine and worked properly, what is sometimes difficult to find in Thailand...
Breakfast was not included in the promotion we got, so we cannot avaluate it properly.
Shopping Tip : Always bargain whatever you want to buy and offer 40% of the price they offer you. Then bargain and go up to 60%, if you feel it is a fair price.

Clean and spacious rooms, beautiful bathroom. Five minute walk to the beaches.
A little bit of a walk from the city action
This is a beautiful hotel in the Krabi province. The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are very spacious, clean, and nice. This is perfect for a romantic vacation. The hotel is also located within 5 minutes walking distance of the beach. It is probably about a 15 minute walk to get to where most of the other hotels and restaurants are located. Overall, we were pleased with our experience at the Timber House!
