Very nice view onto the ocean and its islands. The hotel was clean, the room very nice, the breakfast buffet gives you a lot of choices, including muesli, yoghurt, milk, croissants, fresh fruits, and a lot of different cookings.

Internet-access via WLAN is not for free, which is the biggest weak point of this hotel. The juices at the breakfast buffet were of a very poor quality (too sweet, to much water inside the juice, tasted a little bit artificial) - they should change to a better juice brand. The bed was a little bit too soft, but I only recognized this while being in another hotel in BKK now. SPA-services are very expensive! You can find 1h-oil-massages for 200-300 bath everywhere in Ao Nang, but the hotel will charge you about 700 bath (the same holds true for body scrub).

I have been to this hotel for the second time and I still like it. Although our room was on the 3rd floor and there is no evelator, it was always quite fun, to walk up those stairs, because it gives you some exercise and keeps you healthy and fit The hotel is located an about 10 minutes walk from the Ao Nang beach (up the street, behind McDonalds), therefore absolutely Tsunami-save, and has a very friendly and performant staff. The hotel has a very nice garden and due to it's 4 different buildings and a lot of stairs it doesn't look like a big hotel. All-in-all the breakfast is quite good and for the best thai-cuisine in the evening you only need to cross the street. Our room was the honeymoon-room, which has a really big bath tub and a four-poster. The cleaniness was very good and we've had a very nice stay there and would probably go there again If you would like to have some SPA, especially massage or body scrub, then better go to some other places, as this hotel is very expensive with those services (scrub: 1100 bath, massage (1h): 700 bath).

Restaurant Tip : Don't miss that restaurant opposite the Vogue, righthand to the Bamboo restaurant (I guess Ba Ba was its name). They have a very rich dining card, where even vegetarians can get very happy with. The food is of very good quality (actually, the best restaurant I've ever been to in Thailand), the prices are low (red curry with tofu: 100 bath, a big cocktail in a coconut: 180 bath), the staff is friendly and fast, and the preparation time is very quick. And: we could find an open WLAN access point here

very nice decoration hotel and friendly/helpful service

lack of conditioner for hair, seaview is actually too far

we stayed there from Sep 22 to 25, overall it is very pleasant hotel, the balcony and bath are really good, worth for the money to choose the honeymoon deluxe, the decoration style is nature and lovely, however what we can see from the balcony is actually the mountain, sea is pretty far away. the supermart and 7-11 nearby are perfect.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : elephant treking is another good choice besides snorkeling. across the street of Mcdonald there is a massage named"let's relax, let's sea" is excellent!

the location is so strategic. it's located in the prime area of AoNang. The hotel was clean, the internet was cheap and the hotel staffs were nice and helpful.

there was a leak during our breakfast one morning

we stayed from Sept 18-23 and was satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel and also the staffs. The internet was cheap and fast. I'm looking forward to staying at the hotel if I ever come back to AoNang. thanks.

the room (honeymoon suite on top floor) was lovely - the views were fantastic (sea, cliffs and pool),it was also very spacious and tastefully decorated. the breakfast was great - excellent range and variety the staff were extremely polite and helpful hotel supplied towels for out and about very close to restaurants, shops and bar

5 minutes walk to beach and the beach in Ao Nang was a bit dsappointing. A longtail boat ride ot tuk tuk is needed to get to a nice beach. The Spa facilities were too expensive for us.

The hotel was an excellent choice and we thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay there. Myself and my boyfriend were not disappointed with the Honeymoon suite - large bath, super shower and a very comfortable super kingsize four poster bed. The staff were very obliging and polite - leaving you to your own devices. The only down side to our stay in Ao Nang was Ao Nang beach itself. Having been to Phuket before we were disappointed.

Shopping Tip : remember to haggle for excursions and souvenirs get yourself out and about on the many varied excursions!

nice breakfast and nice swimming pool, A little small, but if you are the only one in the pool it's nice.

stairs, stairs and more stairs, from the reception to the room 110 stairs!!

The location is very central, But there is not much to see in au nang, 2-3 streets with restuarant's and shops that's it. The hotel is old but very clean, The room was strange there is no door between the toilet and the room, all is in one open space, there where only a cortain between the toilet and room, We had a honeymoon room on the 4th floor, With very nice view to the bay.

Shopping Tip : Just outside the hotel there is a big supermarket where you can buy a lot of things.

good breakfast

borring and dark room.

I had seen the pictures of this resort on the internet, but it was quite disappointing to get there since the room turned up to be dark and borring. The staff, however, was helpful when I needed a doctor for solving a small problem I had. Breakfast was fine although the coffee could have been better.

Excellent views from the balconies, good service, great location.

More sunbeds around the pool would be my only improvement.

This was our second stay here and our first in the Honeymoon Suites. The cost of upgrading was definitely worth it, the view to the sea and islands is stunning. The resort manages to give a real jungle feel as you walk around, yet you are seconds from Starbucks, McDonalds etc. We really enjoyed our stay here and would revisit for a third time. This is a very professionally run hotel and very much deserving of its four stars.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Catch a songthaew to Krabi town, only 50 baht from the bottom of the hill.

Honeymoon suite very nice and clean, with a large round soaking tub. Staff was friendly and helpful. Mini-mart right next door for snacks and drinks.

Lots of stairs (no elevator) since we stayed on the 4th floor. Location was a bit far from the beach.

We liked this hotel but it is in the very busy and touristy Ao Nang Beach area. Lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. It was uncrowded and inexpensive during low season when we stayed (June/July). Breakfast was good (buffet), but during a few days during our stay was limited to a la carte and fewer choices due to lack of guests. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and liked the tub in the honeymoon suite, but there was little privacy (just a curtain) separating the toilet. It was very convenient to have a well-stocked mini-mart right next door.

Very laidback, well hidden, near to the beach

stairs everywhere, and its not properly covered, will get wet when rainy day

Overall a very pleasent stay at the hotel. We booked the honeymoon suite, which was nicely located at the top most level of the resort overlooking the beautiful beach. Hotel room is very clean and staffs are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is within walking distance to the beach. Convienient too, for food, as you walk out of the hotel, street food or restaurant food are easily available. with 7-11 store and drugstores nearby too. Breakfast selection was so-so but you can have thai food anytime outside, so it was ok.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Book your tours when you reach Krabi, you will get more choice from there rather than from online. Price is even still negotiable!

Lovely hotel near centre of town Great views Big jacuzzi bath

On a steep hill not for disabled Service not that good

We stayed here for 4 days and found the hotel largely a good choice. It is a very smart hotel near the centre of town ideal for bars/restaurants etc. The room was a little small but had a great view and a large jacuzzi bath. The main down side was that it was on top of a steep hill so every time you went to the room it was a long climb (no lift).

Good price, friendly staff, great large choice for breakfast, large rooms, with Air con, large bathroom

Slightly worn in areas e.g. some of the paintwork needed attention. It was off the beach by about 10 mins

This is a very nice hotel and we met yup with people who had visited for 13 years, they told us that it was one of the best they had stayed in. The hotel is off the beach by about 10 mins slow walk down hill, this was not a problem to us and we enjoyed the meeting of the local people on the way (especially if they think you need a suit!). The staff were great and the breakfast was one of the best I have had on this holiday, all tastes and choices are catered for, although the tea and coffee sometimes were only two cups (depended who were on duty). The cost from Krabi airport was charged at 900 TB (about £8) but you can easily get a lift from the airport for 600 TB - not a lot of difference though. The locals like all Thi's were wonderful, nothing appears to much bother and when you talk to them you find that they are going thought a really rough time (no tourists). The 4 islands trip was great especially if you like to snorkel, the price varied significantly from the 400 Tb we paid to the 2400 TB we found in a couple of places. We are told that there are better areas/ beaches to go to, but I was well pleased. I am not sure I would return as we generally do not do that - it is a big world that we want to see, but I would recommend it to others

Restaurant Tip : There is a nice place to eat right outside the hotel, but when you want to have a pizza there is a great on at the bottom of the hill, turn right into a 'walkway' and it is there. Mc Donalds do internet for 30Tb (about 60p) per hour if you have a laptop this is cheaper than anywhere

1. Very well-kept renovation with contemporary design that makes one feel the serenity. 2. Good breakfast spread 3. Nice design of hotel room

1. Limited parking lots for guests who drive 2. Many mosquitoes in lobby. Staff should place mosquito coil.

This is a truly affordable stay for a hotel resort of 4*/5*. Room is well renovated and makes one feel very comfortable and cosy. The staff are very friendly and helped us arrange kayaking tours and island-hopping trips. The location of the resort is very accessible with supermarkets, fast-food, massage pa lour, restaurants in close vicinity. Would definitely go back again.
