Room is huge..we were upgraded to the deluxe room which is huge and comfortable,we enjoyed the swimmimg pol beside our room. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful.

Great hotel, very nice and quite location with a good service and friendly staff. Swimming pool can get very busy as local people (mostly children, after school) can use it as well so I would recommend hotel customers to enjoy it in the morning time.

Every staffs of the hotel we met are very good service minded. They help us in everything in the polite way. The room is very big with the living room connecting to the other room as we stayed in the 2 bed rooms suite. Hotel is located in the city center which is the center to go to every tourist destinations.

A pleasant, comfortable short stay in smart hotel

Only stayed one night, partly in connection with viewing football game. My wife, niece, toddler son and myself all enjoyed the large room (we were upgraded to deluxe), in particular the very comfortable beds. Nice bathroom too and I enjoyed a bath for first time in years - as opposed to showers.
The cleaning staff were helpful with a couple of items I needed and reception, in particular a young lady, helped with some queries and had a good sense of humour and English.
The hotel appears to be a lot smarter than on my previous visit.I did think breakfast, although adequate, might have been more exciting and it's good if items like sausages/eggs are kept hot. Nice gardens out back, a kiddies play area across the road and park. The pools although small were popular and it seems non-residents were allowed.
Travel tip:
Worth asking locals about best things e.g. the hotel receptionist recommended what proved to be a lovely restaurant, decor, food and price.
