Slightly run down but great hotel

We stayed in the original older building, the rooms are very slightly run down but they're clean and decent sized. Beds were very comfortable and the staff who were very friendly spoke good english. Decent internet connection. If you can, stay in the rooms on the 3rd floor as they're a bit nicer.

All attractions are easy to reach. A good place to discover the surrounding of Mae Hong Son.

there have 2 buildings. (new and old one)The room in the new building is not bad. and Free wifi only the old building.a little bit unconvenience. The breakfast was a not impress me. They gave me an expired butter. After I claim, they changed the new one.

OK for a while.
Only 5mins from the airport by tuktuk.

We stayed just one night. For Delax room, new building is located across the street from the main old building. From 2floor, view is only next building. There is a phone outside of room to the reception but broken. The shower(by small electric gizer) is not hot and low presher.
Staff is very helpfull and nice people.
Hotel Feature Tip:
•5mins from the airport by tuktuk, costs you 60B.
•high speed free wifi is arribable. However can use only at the lobby(old building). New building(across the street)doesn't have wifi.
•breakfast is 2 kinds, american or thai. Thai style is rice stuff with pork and American is small 2peaces of toast,fried egg and coffee or tea. It's not worth to pay at all.
•7-10mins walking to the Night market.

1st night, put me in room # , bad smell, no closet, cold air from outside get in to bath room. It's worese after taking shower/warm water. Noisy with with foot steps because close to stair-up/down. So, I asked for changing the room on next day.
2nd night, put me in romm # . It's better room, 2 beds, closet, bath tub. But there're only 4 chanels on cable TV, no remote control. Hotel staff could not fix it after my request. So, I asked for replacement or get new TV from other other room. He refused !
I could give best service to them !

the hotel was nice and clean, stayed 1 night in a twin room. large bathroom.
tv with some english channels.
basic breakfast: 2 toast, 2 eggs and choise of coffee and tea.
the hotel is situated at the main road through the city.
at the trafficlights, turn left, there you'll find some shops, restaurants. walking distance to night market.

Dirty hotel not balane with the price

It not good and comfort for us . I think more expencive for that room , the room not clean have many ant in the room and the rest room not clean ,it is dirty every thing not balance with the price of room . I will not stay it any more.
