Bathroom only accessible via the balcony.
No fridge. Too basic for the price offered. No fridge in the room nor on the premises.
Accessing the bathroom via the balcony isn't too bad when not sleeping in the nude.
Including breakfast, but to get that you have to travel 3km to a related hotel.
During our 4 week trip through Thailand this was the most expensive and almost the worst hotel we stayed in.
On the day of our departure there was no running water at all.
Hotel Feature Tip :
Mae Hong Son is a nice small town but very expensive compared to the rest of Thailand.

being there felt like being part of a family, the willingness to be there for us by the owner with everything was amazing, it was a little holiday within a holiday, too bad we could not stay longer. The accommodation lies not in the centre and therefore offers the tranquility of being at ease all the time, the fruit picked for us from the trees was delicious too.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : longnecks, elephant riding, night market in mae hong centre

toilet , time of brakfast and check out. because of the little amount of employees, this make their rule for breakfast and check out very early. the toilet is located outside room and at the terrace, this make not private and comfortable for couple or family,other things not available for activities or for business or for relax.

Officers are Service Mind. Water Heater does not work. I am impressed with big smile warm welcome of hotelier. Room is clean and standard. The Hotel is far form the downtown so it is quiet and not disturbed from motor and people. Atmosphere is green with the forest near the hotel. Moreover, I have a sweet smell from forest blossom in the morning. I get good service from the hotel manager, drive to lead a rented motorbike shop and suggest many place to sight seeing around the city.
