This hotel is for Thai's no one speaks English, while they have a large food menu they had no inventory for western food. Was sent to another part for a drink and while they had a menu of assorted cocktails no one understood how to make them. In the bathroom the sink was was broken off of the wall, when the toilet in the next room was flushed our toilet filled up. The tap on the sink was out of order and would not properly shut off. The problem is management not the employees.

we have mixed feelings about this place..some things were nice: large clean room, bathtub, pretty gounds, comfy bed, better than avg (for thailand) breakfast, coffee shop on site. other things were not so great: no coffee in the room (although there was a kettle and cups..weird), evening meal was available, but western food was slow and cold (thai food was very good and plenty of it), no spa (even tho it has spa in the name). Location will only work if you have your own car..it is about 15km outside of the town of Mae Sai, toward Chiang Saen.

zu viele gäste gleichzeitig im frühstücksraum - 5 reisebusse voll mit thais, die morgens alle sehr laut und hungrig sind - da wird auf "falangs" und andere thais keinerlei rücksicht genommen - kampf am büffett!!!
