Vernon W. Families with older children Canada, May 14, 2012	Not a Four Star Hotel N/A 3.3 We arrived at 1900 and checked in. We had to carry our own luggage into the hotel and up to our rooms no help. We asked about something to eat and were informed the restuarant was closed and there was no food available at the golf club either. The swimming pool was shut down and no room service. In the morning we had a pre arrranged american breakfast which was okay but not great. This hotel may have been a four star before but now it rates a two at most. The service was poor to non existant and the rooms were not well maintained. I would not go to this hotel again or recommend it to any english speaking travellers Nightlife Tip: There is no night life in the area so just relax and get a good sleep

Families with older children Thailand, November 25, 2012	โรงแรมดี แต่การบริการไม่ดี อาหารไม่พอเพียง ห้องพักดี ผู้ที่พักมีความสุข 3.7 สถานที่จอดรถไม่ดี พื้นยังเฉอะแฉะ ยังไม่เทปูน ต้องไปจอดรถข้างสระว่ายน้ำ เหมือนไม่ปลอดภัย เพราะไม่ไม่ รปภ.ดูแล บรรยากาศน่ากลัว เพราะห่างไกลจากชุมชนมากมากถึงมากมาก เพราะเนื่องจากถ้าเข้าไปในเมืองแล้วกลับมาช่วงดึกจะน่ากลัวมาก การบริการไม่ดีเท่าที่ควร อาหารก็ไม่พอเพียงและเป็นอาหารประเภทคนเกาหลี ทานไม่ได้ ทานได้แต่ไข่ดาว 2 ฟอง มะละกอเหลือจากแขกเกาหลีแล้ว กาแฟก็อ่อนมาก ๆ สรุปก็คือไม่พอใจกับโรงแรมนี้เท่าที่ควร ตินะครับ
