3 days easy stay
Room are reasonably in size, internet is good but weak in my corner room and I like the balcony.

For the price, I would say it is perfectly alright, what else do you expect for paying this kind of a price. The room is large enough only thing is the toilet is a too small and there are steps to watch out when you enter the toilet which is another set back for a small toilet. Breakfast is fixed American breakfast with sausages where it not my taste. I would rather eat outside if I didn't book with breakfast.

I stayed at Teeny House for 2 nights. My room was comfortable with good air conditioning, TV and WI FI. The hotel is clean and the decor is very quirky. It is possible to walk to the town centre, the tourist information office and the railway station. Teeny House is situated off the main road so there is no traffic noise. There is a market on the corner (well worth a look in the morning) and on the corner closest to the hotel there is a good cafe. Nearby on the main road opposite The Nakhorn Garden Inn is a superb restaurant called Krua Thale. There is no sign above the restaurant. It looks insignificant from the road but it is much bigger and better than it looks and serves superb fresh sea food in an courtyard style environment. Prices are very reasonable and it is popular with locals. Also, a short walk away towards the town is a shopping mall. The guy who was in charge of the hotel had limited English. He was helpful and gave me a lift to the airport for 300 baht.

The staff doesn't speak very much English, but they are nice and try to help with things. It's very clean for the price and the air conditioning works very well.

Great Budget hotel.
Clean. nice staff, large room.
9.3
Wonderful small hotel. The location is about 200m from the main road, where you can take public taxi everywhere. The rooms are very big, even with a small balcony, very clean, good air conditioner, small fridge. It has no breakfast, who needs it, has a morning market 50 m away. The staff is helpful, provided us a good map and the cleaning staff even took our clothes from the balcony, that where hanging outside when starts to rain. We defnitely would stay there again.
Tip: On the main road theres a bakery (ligor), that has a wonderful Tom Yan. Take the public taxi, it's very cheap.

My stay was great the room was spacious and clean with good air conditioning. The balcony wasn't great caged off with the A/C blowing hot on it so only for smokers but better than nothing. Good location short walk to most sites and food. Friendly staff.
