Price/Value for money
Buffet dinner and breakfast
Peaceful and the general ambience
Pool and gym adequate
Inconsistencies with rates including or not including breakfast and internet over a number of stays
Not walking distance to shopping malls and entertainment/restaurant areas
The rooms in the Dusit Princess are more than adequate, around 4 stars, but certainly good value for the price. Some packages include free internet and free breakfast and those that do are much better value. The internet is good quality broadband and the breakfast buffet is excellent. The evening buffet is also excellent in price and quality, but as with most buffets better to get there early (from 6pm) when the food is still fresh. Staff were all helpful, most with adequate English. The hotel is 5-10 minutes drive to the main shopping malls and entertainment areas, so not feasible to walk. Helps if you have a Thai friend to get the 8 Baht ($US 0.22) buses that run everywhere, otherwise 10-20 times that for a taxi/tuk-tuk. I would definitely stay at the Dusit Princess again as I have had a number of pleasant stays, and found it to be good value for money.
Hotel Feature Tip : Repeating myself, but check if the room rate includes breakfast and internet

Nice rooms, very nice public areas
Far from centre of town, no room safe
Very nice public areas, bar and breakfast room (very good buffet breakfast). The bedrooms were also nice and comfortable but did not have a room safe. The hotel is a way from the centre of town and taxis are a little hard to get. Nevertheless it was a comfortable stay and I would stay there again as it was good value.

The Empress is a must. We had Peking duck. Fantastic food.
The rooms could have been nicer.
We had a really nice stay. The Hotel was very good, good service, with good restaurants and a nice bar. Not to far from the center. Every time we took a tuktuk it cost 80 BTH. The location is also very good for us who wanted to visit people around in the area. It is also some very nice histotical parks not too far away.

Good breakfast and lunch buffets.
Bathtub was shower stall.
This is a pleasant hotel that met our expectations as a place to rest as we conducted our business. The lobby was pleasant with a lot of room and nice large chairs to read or meet with friends. The elevator was fast and the buffet was very good with a good food selection.
Shopping Tip : There was a carnival just across the parking lot and some barbeque restaurants a short walk away

Hotel is a little out of the town but it's quiet (which I like) and excellent service. Worth for money, clean and not far from restaurant and gasoline station
Some facilities in the room need to be fixed. Anyway, it could be used.
Dusit Princess is hotel in Dusit chain which can guarantee the service quality. Location is only 2 kilometers out of town so it's not too crowed and quiet. Anyway hotel condition is little old but clean, no smell and it has continuous renovated. I love a pie there. Food and services are not too expensive, good quality but may not variety. Overall, it's worth for money.

Excellent hotel very close to the city centre.
The buffet evening meal is really superb and I had it on both of the nights I stayed there. Breakfast was also very good. The 'internet', was included in my room rate. Staff very friendly and helpful. I was very happy there and would certainly stay there again.
Stairs from the car park to the entrance (at least, one of them) and between the lobby and the restaurant - there is no lift in this area and it is a little difficult for people with problems walking.

Good service, clean hotel, good food.
sometimes the personnel of the reception has problem to talk English.
I stay 11 nights in this hotel and every thing was ok. But pay attention if you ask to have a permanent internet connection, they will upgrade you room and ask 300 TBh par day!

Clean, modern well appointed hotel. Friendly staff always smiling.
I was pleasantly surprised to find that there were no real cons here except the distance into town but transport is not much of a problem although there seem to be very few taxis available here as compared with Bangkok.
I didn't know what to expect from my stay here but I was really surprised. The breakfast, included with the room price, is excellent and should suit all tastes. The evening buffet style dinner is also very good and value for money. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Khorat.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : You can catch a regular service bus outside the hotel to get to Phimai.

very confortable rooms
good restaurant
Nice welcome
the swimming pool is in front of the restaurant where evey bodies dines
we had a very nice welcoming, our room was really nice. The hotel shall be considered as a luxury hotel. Generous buffet at the restaurant, great breakfeast with many different recepies. We just regret we couldn't use the swimming pool as swimming in front of every bodies eating isn't pleasant.

It is a good hotel. It does have a pool but you feel strange swimming because there are many business meetings in the restaurant which overlooks the pool. So it felt like everyone was looking at me while I was swimming.
Shopping Tip : There is a night market right outside the hotel.

The dinner buffet offers both Thai and Western cuisine plus a grill to order outside by the pool.
Restaurant Tip : A short taxi ride will take you to the Mall. Inside there are 3 levels to shop and eat. Don't skip the basement for shopping for local goods at close to local prices.

Because of the closeness to a major road the rooms are very noisy.
I think it very poor for a hotel of this class to charge guests so much for Internet use, after all, the infrastructure is installed and it costs the hotel nothing to administer.
Travel tip : We were visiting the University and so the hotel was conveniently situated for us, but maybe not so for tourists.

Good facilities, clean rooms, friendly staff, good restaurants.
A very clean hotel with extensive facilities. The rooms are fully equipped and very well maintained. The people are friendly and helpful. The SPA was very good.
Shopping Tip : 'The Mall' covered a large and very luxurious shopping center is located about 3 km away.
