Clean reasonably priced helpful staff
This is a medium priced hotel with good facilities. I enjoyed my stay and would book there again if I return to Korat. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I had no problems arranging tours and transport in the city.I think this hotel is much better value than the cheaper hotels in the centre of the city.

This hotel was very nice...rooms good size and good mattress and shower. Staff helpful and nice. The breakfast was very good and it was easy to get around by tuk tuk or taxi. Enjoyed my stay here. Will come back again.
Travel tip : fun large nightclub with band around the corner within walking distance..mostly Thai customers.

The hotel is located near town and just a quick Tuk Tuk trip to the mall or other shopping. I have stayed at other similar hotels in Korat and this hotel is by far the most convenient. It is beautifully decorated and the staff professional.
I would have enjoyed more english TV. I would suggest a more comprehensive satellite system.
I arrived via personal car and found entering the hotel coming north from Bangkok was a challenge. But once there, I was greeted and shown where to park but had to bring my own luggage in (lucky I travel light). I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room was up-graded. The hotel was beautiful, I did not visit the fitness facility but the breakfast was very nice with many choices ranging from American to Thai. The mall was a short ride and checking out was very convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel over the competition in which I have stayed before.
Shopping Tip : 40 to 50 baht tuk tuk ride to the mall!
