Friendly staff, good breakfast buffet. Not many English TV channels. I just took a trip to Thailand to visit a friend who lives in Korat. It's about a four hour drive from Bangkok airport to the hotel( I found out later there are buses from Bangkok which take about 5 hours). There aren't alot of hotels in the area so I think it was a bit expensive for the room. There isn't much to do in the area other than The Mall.
The staff is friendly although their English abilty could use improvement. The restaurants and room service were not too bad but the afternoon tea could use a few more items to choose from.
Overall the hotel is not bad.

Clean and nice place to stay, friendly staff and good internet connection This hotel is located in the middle of the city korat, almost downtown and has little distance to the major shopping malls in the city. The breakfast is absolutely OK and offers almost everything you might like to eat or drink in the morning. The staff is helpful and friendly at all times

Maid service and response to clogged toilet. TV channels were in and out of service. Food that should be warm for breakfast was cold. The room was very nice. I used room service and service was good. The English speaking TV channels were limited and several were out of service for three to four days of my week stay. The items in the room fridge were reasonably priced but limited in variety. The maid service was excellent. Prices inside the hotel establishments were a bit expensive with the service charge and vat added but that is expected in all hotels of this type.

this hotel is centrally located in a great location close to everything not far from the mall. the rooms were clean and the service was excellent. even the amids were great we asked for extra towels everyday they gave them to us and they clean our room when ever we asked them. it is also located close to a nice night club called the tawandeng. the food here was good too.and i love the gym they have excellent gym free weights and treadmills eliptical machines and bikes saunas. a five star hotel for a very reasonable price. good choice. i will be back
Travel tip : dont use the the tuk tuk drivers at the hotel rip off just walk outside and then get bus for only 8 baht can go to mall or just about anywhere.

Nice place
friendly people
good food The outside area of the hotel was too dark at night! Nice place, people at the reception are friedly, there is even internet available in every room. The bar people also very friendly and helpful. I can really recommend this hotel. To rent a car through the hotel was a bit of a hastle though but after a while things worked out well and we could get the car we were expecting.

- Great Breakfast Selection: rice soup, congee, eggs, ham, hotdog, bread, cereals, soy milk,etc.
- Customer Service is really helpful.
- Clean room.
- Big bathroom with tub and nice hot water.
- Quiet. - Room needs renovation. Carpet on the room has some obvious repair that should have been replaced.
- Swimming pool is dirty (assume that it is out of season to swim as it is in December). We spent a night in this hotel in December. The staffs were really nice and helpful. We got in with no problem. The room is clean but old. The breakfast is great with a lot of choices. When we were there, it was not too crowded. We would go back to this hotel again. The location is not too bad. It is not too far from the city.
Shopping Tip : If you plan to go out for shopping, you should go in town at night in the City. The have night bazaar. And in front of the City hall, there are night markets that set up certain time of a year.

The hotel is not far from downtown. The staff is friendly and helpful. We stay in two deluxe rooms, I would like the hotel to provide coffee pot, free internet for my laptop and a safe box. The bathtub and the shower is in the same place which is very slippery and dangerous for my mom and dad when they stepped out of the bathtub. It should be separated. My mother forgot her diamond pin with the King Rama V she put on her clothes and hanging carelessly in the closet. She just remembered it when we drove to Khao Phanomrung Castle but she didn't tell us until late at night, she then urged us to go to the hotel. She was lucky that the pin was still there and we really appreciate the maid. When I asked for another flat pillow as the pillows they provided for us were very thick, she gave me a flat one but not smooth, I then bought one at the Mall. During the time we came here, the HRH Princess Ubonrat came to stay, too. We had to wait until she went inside which didn't take a lot of time.
Travel tip : The hotel is near the way to Pak Thong Chai District where we easily went to see the Silk Festival, Prasat Khao Phanom Rung Castle and Prasat Muang Tam.

Like a luxury hotel in Bangkok for the local hotel, but the hospitality of the front room was extremely reliable impression. 1F of the hotel I took a meal at the buffet, and tastes very disappointing, was a little disappointed. I like the food is out.

a little far from downtown I liked the comfort of this hotel. spacious room and very quiet. room service. the pool is good without being Olympic size. there is a small fitness room and massage. is a top class hotel and when we entered the hall, we feel this dimension of greatness. the staff is very friendly and dedicated. I recommend this hotel
