Difficult to find, signs only in Thai script, staff no English skills really but trying to provide good service. Rooms well equipped, Thai design bathroom => you can shower while sitting on the toilet, cleanliness of rooms could be improved, nice garden view, quiet with the exception of the occasional dog bark, close to centre of town.

Clean, new property. Room n bathroom of good size. Minimum service n amenities, only complimentary 2 bottles/drinking water (no complimentary coffee/tea). Breakfast is porridge, toasts n hot beverages. Wall mounted LCD TV, limited local channels. Location is a few hundred meters away from the main road, inside a very residential area. Nothing in here (shops, restaurants etc) until you walked out to the main road.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
NAN is not the usual Thailand destinations like Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya etc. It's sleepy, by comparisons with the places named. Decent restaurants, guest houses. Not much of night life/entertainment. Plenty of wats/temples for sightseeing. There's a night market, Saturdays only. Come here for that well deserved break.

sehr ruhig gelegenes hotel,nur morgens kräht ein hahn.
guter, freundlicher service, familiär geführt,äußerst sauber.
in ruhiger, fast ländlicher umgebung am ende einer sackgasse.
zu fuß 10 minuten ins zentrum,zu den bekanntesten tempeln
und museum 25 minuten.
keine eigenen fahrräder, besorgen aber welche.mit fahrrad stadt und umgebung sehr gut zu erkunden.

อยู่ไม่ไกลจากจุดเน้นการท่องเที่ยว จะสะดวกขึ้นถ้าเดินทางด้วยรถส่วนตัว แต่สามารถเดินเท้าได้ เพราะจุดท่องเที่ยวหลักอยู่ใกล้เคียงกัน โรงแรมเลี้ยวเข้าซอยจากถนนหลักไม่ไกล แต่ให้ความรู้สึกเงียบสงบ เหมือนอยู่กลางสวน อาหารเช้าโรงแรมไปซื้อมาให้รับประทาน หรือถ้าคนพักเต็มก้อจะทำอาหารง่ายๆไว้ให้ เช่นข้าวต้มหมู นอกจากนั้นยังมีขนมปังแถว เนย แยม ผลไม้ ชา กาแฟ ให้ปรุงเองอีกด้วย ภายในห้องสะอาดกว้างพอสมควร ห้องน้ำไม่แบ่งส่วนเปียก ส่วนแห้ง อาจจะทำให้ใช้ไม่สะดวกใจนัก รอบๆโรงแรมและกลางเมืองน่านไม่มีร้านสะดวกซื้อและร้านขายของในเมืองหลังสองทุ่มก็ปิดหมดแล้ว

ตลาดเช้าเมืองน่านอยู่ไม่ไกลจากโรงแรมเท่าไหร่นัก สามารถเดินไปได้ มีอาหารแปลกๆน่าสนใจดี สามารถไปใส่บาตรเช้าที่นั่นได้

โรงแรมมีขนาดเล็ก แต่เงียบสงบดี ไม่พลุกพล่าน ภายในโรงแรมสะอาดสะอ้าน ห้องพักก็เรียบร้อยดี
แต่อาจจะติดขัดเรื่องห้องน้ำเล็กน้อย เนื่องจากมีขนาดเล็ก รวมถึงอาหารเช้า ไปพัก 2 วัน เหมือนกันเปี๊ยบเลยทั้ง 2 วัน น่าจะมีการปรับเปลี่ยนบ้าง แต่อาหารเช้ารสชาดดี

ราคาในการจองห้องพักในเวป agoda ระบุเหลือ 765.-บาท เมื่อดำเนินการจองปรากฏว่าคิดในอัตรา 900.-บาท ซึ่งแตกต่างกัน 135.-บาท บวกเพิ่มเกือบ 18% จึงอยากจะขอทราบคำชี้แจงด้วย พอไปติดต่อหน้าเคาน์เตอร์บอกว่าwalk-inคิด 800.-บาท เลยกลับกลายเป็นว่าถ้าจองผ่าน agoda ราคาสูงกว่าปกติ
ส่วนเรื่องห้องพัก สภาพแวดล้อม ถือว่าดี ก็ต้องให้คำชมเชยมา ณ โอกาสนี้
