Couples Australia, December 03, 2012	Nice hotel, excellent location Location, individual bungalow layout 9 This is a very pleasant hotel located only about three minutes walk from the railway station. Most of the rooms are individual bungalows, each with a terrace in a garden setting. Although on the small side each bungalow is very private. There is a very inviting pool, with an open - air restaurant area off to one side, all very clean and well maintained. A very simple breakfast is included in the room rate. The center of Nong Khai is about five minutes away by tuk tuk.
Stefan E. Couples Germany, October 29, 2012	Good Value for Money Nice Garden with pool 7.7 I stayed in Nong Khai Resort a few times already. Be careful there are 2 other places with similar names. ( Nong Khai Guesthouse and Nong Khai Hotel and resort). The bungalows are small but nice. The free breakfast is very basic, but you can pay for additional items. The place is quiet and the staff friendly. It's about 3 km to the center of Nong Khai, but close to railway station and Lao border crossing. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: The big Sculpture Park " Sala Keow Ku" is worth visiting. About 5 km away and 100 Baht one way by TukTuk.

Couples United Kingdom, October 28, 2012	great location right outside train station Very close to train station 7.3 The train station is about 400 metres from this hotel and is ideal if you intend to take a train to Bangkok or the local train to Udon Thani or Nakon Ratchsima or Laos. There is a small swimming pool and we used a chalet with a double bed. Everything was clean and tidy. Unusually the new receptionist if from Bangkok and speaks perfect English. Breakfast is the Thai version of Congee which was nice with bread, butter and an assortment of jams. It is all self service for toast coffee or tea facilities are available.
