- ABF is ok. - Expensive
- Room service closed at 8 pm. (so quick)
- No more light in bedroom Great location in the expensive value. Anyway, For family with children, This is the great resort in Pai.

I stayed in new year holiday. Pai is so many tourist. The hotel is out of Pai and there are quiet. But we can walk to center of Pai. The cottage is cute and clean. The shower is weak. I think that staff was not enough during high season. Food is not recommended.

nice view, nice rooms, excellent breakfast. construction happening when we stayed. This is a wonderful hotel/resort, located about a 10 min drive from the middle of the city, Overall the villas were nice and the layout was excellent. This hotel tended to be one of the more upper market resorts in Pai. Overall except for the construction of the new pool and wing the hotel was very nice, I would visit again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : they have a scheduled mini bus that can take you to and from the resort that drops you off at the black canyon coffee shop in the middle of Pai.
