Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

There were not enough blankets for the cool Pai nights. Toilet paper was an extra charge. The cabins were pretty close together and those thin bamboo walls meant you could hear your neighbours pretty clearly. Staff did not speak English.

You get (less than) what you pay for!

we found it and the reception we received was icy! The huts themselves were ok, but the Mossi nets all had holes through them (take spray) and the walls were paper thin.. V noisy, can hear every convo and movement

Simple cute huts
Over the river and hammock views
5.3
Cross over the rickety bamboo bridge and follow the signs. Our bamboo hut was very simple. Almost felt like we were going to fall through the floor. You could hear neighbors very clearly. View was nice garden was well kept. Bed comfortable. But we changed hotels after 1night.

Great huts just across the river to town!
Location, hammocks, free coffee and tea
8
Loved our stay at Pai Country. It's close enough to town (just across the small bamboo bridge, which is an experience all in it's own) but far enough that you get peace and quiet. Hut was basic but lovely. Mossie net and hot water, hammock on the porch. Staff was nice as well. Resort does not have a restaurant but we were in town all the time anyways. They do offer free coffee and tea which is a nice touch. Huts set in a garden..nicer than some of the others on this side of the river that are set in just a field in the hot sun. Good budget option overall!
Shopping Tip:
Walking street!

Great service and picturesque

Great bungalow albeit you are with nature. The staff is so nice and accommodating and it is located just out of town but right by all the action. Perfect for pai. I would definitely come back!

Basic room. Loved the hammock, good to relax. Quiet area which is lovely and very short walk across bamboo bridge to the Main Street where there is night markets and good restaurants.

A Wonderful and Unique Experience
Comfortable bed, amazing view, good atmosphere, great location
7.7
We booked this hotel on Agoda the night before we arrived in Pai. We were a bit hesitant about the bungalow, but decided to go for it. In the end, we loved it. We were upgraded to a larger bungalow with an amazing view. Each bungalow had a hammock on the front porch. Be aware that some of the bungalows, the cheaper ones, don't have as stunning views as the bigger ones. However, the surrounding area of all of the bungalows is pleasant and holds a very relaxed vibe. There was also free tea and coffee every morning. It's a short walk (about 2 minutes) to the restaurants and bars and you have to cross a narrow bamboo bridge to get to and from the bungalows. We highly recommend it!

Good location with bungalow near river
Cheap price, Near walking street
7
The hotel staff are very kinds. The price is cheap if compared with others. However the room is bungalow with no amenities that you have to bring your own. The room doesn't has wardrobe nor the shelf in the bathroom. There are free coffee and tea in the morning. We stayed for 2 nights but there is no cleaning in the second day in the room. However overall is ok as it was very cheap with free wifi.
Shopping Tip:
The walking street is so close just cross the bamboo bridge. The price in the walking street for xtuff can be a little bit negotiated.

Quiet, beautiful, clean, wifi in the bungalows
10
Beautiful surroundings. Perfect location. Great wifi and lovely staff. We had a deluxe bungalow so it was bigger and had a hot shower. Worth the extra couple of quid for a hot shower on the freezing nights of Pai!
Restaurant Tip:
Good life, amazing place to eat and relax. Hundreds of tea and great wild rice
