It was indeed an ugly experience.

It was a harrowing experience in this hotel. Does not have any telephone facility in the hotel. For that I missed the morning flight way back home. This was the only one, where they do not even offer you a couple of bottles of drinking water as complimentary. Bathroom does not have hot water supply in the wash basin, only in the shower. Neither do they offer you a shampoo pouch (you have to buy one from outside). I was indeed lamenting that for saving a couple of hundred Bahts, I should never have come to this "HELL". I make an appeal to your web site, not to promote this hotel among your millions of fans all over the world. About the location, if one is not very well conversant about the roads and locations of important spots of Pattaya, this is very likely that a person will get wayward, getting back to his room, especially during the night time. Overall, I will never ever suggest/advise this hotel to any of my friends or acquaintances.

The room was always clean. The hotel staff was great. I loved the food in their restaurant, both western and Thai cuisine were great. The internet was somewhat slow but is accessible in my room. Less then ten minute walk to mall or walking street.

it was pleasant. dint stay in the hotel for long other than to sleep n get p the next day to catch a bus to krabi. all r close by, restraunts, bar and walking strret and the beach. worth d money u pay. but can fin cheaper hotel if u go dere n directly buk. which i dont prefer much due to safety issue..overall very good and ok staffs, no truble

Nice little hotel
my room, the restaurant/bar and the friendly hotel

I really enjoyed my one night here in this hotel. Room was a good size with en suite and a small balcony. The room was clean and tidy as was the bathroom. There was a problem with the water supply whilst I was there so couldn't shower when I arrived late in the evening and then again in the morning. For the price charged I felt the hotel was more than good enough :)

The room was always clean. The hotel staff was great. I loved the food in their restaurant, both western and Thai cuisine were great. The internet was somewhat slow but is accessible in my room. And, during the songkran festival here, the place was very wet here but I enjoyed it.
