Solo travelers United States of America, May 04, 2013	A convenient and ecomical base in Pattaya Location, pool and room layout 7 I've stayed here several times because of the great location and low cost but have had issues with one of the desk staff - always surly and I missed a shuttle pickup through her failure but she wouldn't admit to it. She's still around but this last time I found all the other staff much more attentive and polite than in the past - seems like a new manager on top of things.
