Good location, just across the street from the beach, not far from shopping centers. Clean and spacious room. Breakfast ok. The front desk staff was unfriendly and looked rather menacing. During our short stay there, I do not recall their giving any gestures of warm welcome at all. Very bad attitude. If I were their boss, I'd fire them all. However, the doorman and bellboys were quite the opposite. I like the hotel's location and facilities, but I will not make a second visit there for the reason of the staff being so unfriendly.

Location, staff, cleanliness of rooms, excellent breakfast Wifi in room I stayed in was weak, it worked but was slow From the moment I arrived till the time I left I can honestly say that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff are outstanding, nothing is too much trouble, and it is always done with a smile. The food was good, espically the breakfast, the selection on offer was massive.
My room was spacious, clean and with a fantastic large balcony. All in all my stay at the hotel was awesome, and for me now, there is only one hotel in Pattaya!
Shopping Tip : There Is a pleasant mall behind the hotel on Soi 2, worth a visit.

at this price, it's quite worthy it I found some ants on the bed the location is good, great swimming pool with few swimmer, excelnt breakfast especially for chinese custermers, they provide noodles and boiled rice soup! stuff are friendly. rooms are clean and comfortable with a little of sea view. It's convinient to accesss to everywhere since Pattaya is not a big place. It will cost only 100 bah to the walking street by a tuk tuk.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : angle witch is a great club to see the show
NEVER DIVE WITH DIVE SOUTH EAST ASIA, they are very unreliable and rude. They lost my mask and snorkler, and pretended nothing happen. When i pointed out that it's their fault leading to my lost,they became very very unreasonable and rude, so they could avoid the responsibility.

Excellent Location, excellent lobby and public areas, excellent rooms. Quality of breakfast was not up to mark. The hotel was very pleasantly designed in shape of a cruiser, and has four or more blocks. The lobby areas, public areas and rooms are all designed in the same style, which was something very pleasant. The pools were also equally attractive and the service was satisfactory. Breakfast, however, could have been better. There was limited variety, and a lot of things we, as muslims, could not eat. By contrast, Amari breakfast was much better.

I have stayed at this property many times while visiting pattaya and enjoy its location across from the beach, its people working there, and the price is well priced, especially for all the amenities you get. the rooms are clean and well attended to. the staff attentive. The location is very good and within walking distance for many attractions in pattaya. I have stayed in this property on revious trips to pattaya, and find it a well priced, and a great location. It is accross the beach and the hotel has two beautiful pools on propweerty also. Tne hotel staff are very attentive, and the management very good and make sure all needs are met. The price as I have said especially for the location on the beach is well worth the money. The rooms are clean and confortable. You have a very nice breakfast, and there are restaurants on nthe property for afternoon and evening dining. It is also located on beach road and with in walking distance to many other fine restaurants and with in taxi ride of hundreds or restaurants. the spa and firness area well appoined and staff frriendly. I would recommend this property.
Hotel Feature Tip : the lacationa sI have stated is very good as you are across the street form the main beach in town, and also within walking distance to many local locations and many fine restaurants.

Amazing of this hotel with a shape of cruise's facade which is spectacular then other hotel. This hotel started ages but maintain new and clean after the renovation. The room is very special with cruise's bits & pieces and have cozy feel. The hotel is also quite accessible. It is walking distance to souvenir shops, pubs and restaurants.
We were glad to serve with complimentary drinks upon checking in at the front desk. The staffs were friendly and helpful, especial impress us that they have a good English speaking person whom brought us to our room with proper explanations of the facilities.
We enjoy our stay with the hotel and looking forward going back again in near future
Nightlife Tip : Good location by walking distance only we were able to obtain reasonable price for nice food and drinks.
The hotel was very pleasant to stay in, location is very good as you are across the street from the main beach in town, and also within walking distance to many local pubs and many fine restaurants.

It is located just in front of the Beach, great location. Food is excellent.staffs were very nice. Prefer wi-fi internet connection in the rooms also. Presently it is available only on the lobby. A-one Royal Cruise is an excellent hotel both for leisure travelers as well as for business travelers. Good Location and nice staffs. Excellent hotel.

Fantastic location ie 20 metres from the beach. Very helpful staff. not allowed to use own drinking water by the swimming pool even though they did not sell any at the bar !!! This was our first holiday to Thailand and after this experience it won't be very long before we are back.The hotel was everythng that we could have wished for, from location,friendly staff, excellent food, to the exquisite design of the hotel building (built in the shape of an ocean liner) and staff all dressed in sailors uniform. Many times during our stay we thought that it was better than we had anticipated.
Shopping Tip : Big C just up the road !

Unique Architecture, Staff is very good and well behaved, Food is also palatable Staff's Communication Skills (which is same all across pataya), Food is little costlier... This hotel is perfectly placed. Staff is also very supportive and well mannered. Big C mall is very near by, some good food joints are also near by. in toto it was a good experience...

Ligging aan het strand net buiten het drukke nachtleven
Mooi hotel,mooie kamer Mooi hotel in de vorm van een schip. Ligging aan de boulevard en het strand. Kamers zijn mooi en maritiem ingericht en hebben zicht op zijstraat.
Klein zwembad in verhouding tot groot hotel. Water in zwembad is zo koud dat niemand er in durft. Maar de zee is voor de deur. Met taxi ben je zo in het drukke uitgaansleven. Dat is overweldigend nog nooit zo'n nachtleven gezien. Maar je hoeft het niet te zien er is genoeg te doen. Ontbijt zou iets uitgebreider kunnen.

I found the property very accomidating. The staff very friendly, and answered all questions. I didn't have a major problems, and when having a tech problem with internet corrected immed. Location great pools beautiful, and beach across street. shopping and local restaurants pleantiful. I found the breakfast buffet good but they need to have a few alternatives as same daily. I found this property while searching the interet. I read previous reviews, and then checked with friends who live in the area. they said property very nice, and location great. I booked the facility, and was extremely happy with my choice. The rooms were well appointed, and comfortable. the location on the beach was great, and within walking distance of local restaurants and shops. The restaurants on the property were good, and the staff friendly and very accomidating. I defintly would stay at this property again and recommend it to anyone. I also met people from other parts of the world and from cinversation with them, they felt the same way.

over charging by the pool food not covered over was charged for a bed which we did not have and 230 pound each for a buffet of fish for new years eve which i cancelled with hotel it was way way over priced.
Nightlife Tip : plenty of bars out side hotel and do not buy cans of coke by the pool the charge 90 odd baht which was nearly £2 a can if you walk out of the hotel there are shops everywhere and the cans are 14 baht which is 28p what a rip off.

Expensive internet access. This was my first time to Pattaya and I found the location of the hotel to be just about perfect, not in the hustle and noise but not too far that it makes it a nightmare. This is located right on the sea front of Pattaya beach. The hotel itself is very unusual in the fact that the whole theme is boats, the hotel itself is designed as a huge ship like a cruise ship which makes a nice change.

reasonable price for comfortable room We used A-One from for countdown stay from 2008 to 2009.while other hotels are charging compulsory Gara Dinner fee, A-one does not and offers very clean, calm, spacious enough room with reasonable price even during the most peak season. Location is also ok though a bit far from entertainments.While breakfast buffet could be improved, we did satisfied with their service and can recommend others.
