CLEANING ROOM AND THE STAFF IS HELPFUL

IT IS CONVENIENT TO GO AND NOT SO FAR FROM DOWNTOWN. NOT SO FAR FROM HOTEL THERE IS A LOCAL RESTAURANT THAT IS POPULAR FOR TOURIST.

They do not change bed sheets/linen, and after a few days, they just turn it over!
Doors have a strange locks and often you are locked in!
The intercom does not work so you cannot call the reception.
They play with the TV input signal to move guests around rooms: if they want a guest to vacate a double-bed room and go to the twin bed room, they would mess up the TV signal in the double-bed room WHICH would work perfectly as soon as you switched rooms!
No security at the basement parking.
towels are not replace over years and they still use them.
if this is not enough, try asking to check out even an hour later. they will charge you the full day!!!

The hotel is old but general condition of the room is acceptable for business man to take over night and relax for the next day planning. The hotel location not to far from the seaside also hotel locate not to far from the night entertainment sites.

Mediocre hotel with poor service

This hotel is by far one of the sloppiest hotels that I have ever stayed in. It's got the proper hardware to become a great premise, but due to lack of maintenance and administration this hotel has turned into some awkward looking place. The services are terrible and nobody at the front desk would even say good morning to you. The rooms are worn down and there are just needs to be some serious refurbishing all the way through. Location wise okay, but not exactly walking distance to any of the attractions in the area. Overall very disappointed and would never go back.

The location is perfect for accessing the nightlife, being about 5 mins from Walking Street and Beach Road and the shopping and tourist attractions are not much further. There is a good go-kart track about 2-3 mins away.
We requested a double bed when booking but there were 2 singles when we arrived and the aircon was not working so they clearly hadn't checked the aircon before our arrival. We asked to be moved to a double room with working aircon but the best they could do was move us to a similar room with working aircon and put double bed sheets and duvet around 2 single mattresses pushed together which naturally dipped in the middle and it took a huge fuss by us to even get this.
We stayed 3 nights but when we returned to Pattaya later in our holiday we decided to stay at another hotel. On the plus side the pool was decent and they have a snooker room and small gym for anyone interested.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Mini Siam and Sriracha Zoo are just two attractions worth seeing. Mini Siam has mini replicas of world famous landmarks such as The Eiffel Tower, Tower Bridge in London, The Great Pyramids, The Colosseum in Rome to name just a few. Sriracha Zoo has a tiger show, crocodile show and allows you to feed the elephants and tigers as well as have your photo taken with tiger cubs and small crocodiles.

Great location,good service and a safe place
Easy axces to the downtown, beaches and marina.Good size rooms.

Very pleasant place to stay, far from noisy district but still close enough to it.Located on the top of the hill you feel the cooling breeze from the bay.Very good service and maintenance.The staff at the reception kindly helpful upon request.
Restaurant Tip:
One should not miss the restaurant on the top floor.

Out of the noisy downtown, but still not so far away. Up on the hill, with great view over the bay, one can enjoy the breezing , cooling blow from the sea.Good quality / price ratio, reasonable.No threats, prejudiced comments, hate speech or other non-family-friendly content. No any signs of violent criminal activity or participation in drug-related activity.Receptionists withgGood communication in English,helping in any time.

taxi calling could be more efficient.i wish mattresses available for all wooden beds around the swimming pool and a soft drink&fruits bar? the motorbike i have rent from the hotel was with relatively high fuel consumption, occasionally.
