nice hotel with private beach Aisawan Resort & Spa Pattaya is one of the best hotel that I have ever stayed in Pattaya. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room is very cute, decorated in contemporary & modern style. (I stayed in deluxe room.) The hotel is connected to the beach, very convenient for enjoying the sea! The breafast is fine but the restaurant is quite small. The car park is not cool, it gotta be unavailable if the hotel is full-- it might happen from hotel renovation.
In general, this hotel is wonderful, I will come back again for sure!

1. private beach 2. new decor room 3. friendly staff 4. very nice poolside snacks 5. just by the private beach, there is a local restaurant which is yummy and cheap 1. staff doesn't speak english well 2. when we were there, there was still some renovation going on 3. far from the city centre 4. not very large room Aisawan was really a nice resort, esp i only paid about 100US for a night (w/o breakfast). The beach club is a paradise. though it is called a club, but don't expect it large. still, it is really by the beach side and the sand is just below you. you can eat and drink at the beach side bar or walk a bit to the restaurant next to the private beach section which is 4 times cheaper than the hotel food but equally yummy.
BUT be prepared this hotel will charge 2 times higher when it is turned into a Pullman Aisawan. It is because i actually stayed there for 3 nights, on the first night, the mini bar only charges 50 baht for a coke, but on the 2nd night, the mini bar menu was changed, with the Pullman logo on it. AND, that same can of coke was then charged for 120 baht per can. SO...do expect everything be priced double when it finishes the renovation and becomes a pullman hotel.
I'd suggest, go there as soon as possible, in these one or two months. still, you have to take the noise that comes with the renovation that is going on now. yet, it is still a great bargain and a nice experience.
Never miss the sunset on the pool, by the beach!
one down side of the new decor room: the toilet is just one curtain away from the bed, there is no glass separating the bath tub/toilet restroom. if you are not a couple, it would be quite embarrassing to hear your friends answering the call of nature.
Travel tip : 1. we went to kha lan through the arrangement of the tour desk, it was great! 2, go to mantra restaurant at the amari hotel, really a hip hotel!

Beautiful Accomodation and Decoration around the hotel
Very very nice accomodation and lighting in DELUXE room For superior room, quite old (looks).
Quite stuggle in the transportation to other attractions Overall is very ok, however, the transportation is quite uncomfortable (although it have shuttle bus service)
for superior room is not so impressive, in contrast of Deluxe room which is 100 times better.
Breakfast and seas are very nice.
Hotel Feature Tip : You can stay here comfortably if you just only need a chill life, enjor great accomodation, private beach and pool. You can go to Big C supercenter by shuttle bus.
