big hotel with big swimming pool slow check in , far from downtown, private beach isn't clean. The facility is good but my experience is bad.
they checked me in a room which has been taken by other customer then changed me to a worse room with weird setting that shouldn't happend in 4 start hotel. After I complanined and waited for 1 hour, they reluctantly upgrade me to a suit but I found numerous insect on the sofa and table.
very unpleasant feeling for my first time staying there. I would rather go for other 3 star hotel.
just a true opinion to share with you. Think twice before you book it if swimming isn't your only purpose of this trip.
Plus, I can't beleive there is no iron available.
I dont' feel comfortable about the breakfast too. lot of fly over the restaurant when you eat breakfast.

swimming pool, good staff and the beach. lovely hotel Arrived from Ireland to find Great staff and a beautiful hotel. Loved the interior of the hotel, great architecture and a great view of the lay-out from the lift. Most of all The staff could not be more helpful in taking care of us and our six month child. We will be returning again next year.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : good value restaurants in quiet locations.

2 swimming pools, walking depth pool(120 cm,150 cm)+ kids pool and deep pool(120cm, 180cm) Cleanliness of outside, in-room windows This is a nice hotel connecting to the beach. Do not have to walk across the road to the beach. Beach has trees for shading and hotel provides beach chairs and big umbrellas. 2 big pools and 1 children pool. Pools are not so deep that I can walk my 2.5 year old boy hanging on my arm around the pool. Room is neat and clean, but outside windows need to be cleaned. I see stain on windows which dirsturb when looking out to the sea.

sea view room this is my second time staying at the aisawan resort. it's not that impressive any more. last time, i stayed in the club room, which has a more beautiful sea view and i was assigned to a better restaurant for breadfast. But this time i stayed in the superior room, the room and restuarant for breadfast is soso compared to the club room facility. one good news is that they offer bike for $500 baht a day. if they could install a jacuzzi, that would be better.

Nice area, away from the dirty parts of pattaya. Hotel staff was wonderful and knowledgable. Pool area was nice and hotel was comfortable. Good that it has private beach connected to hotel unlike others. Need to cab to town every time. Food and spa is expensive at the hotel. Having seen the other hotels, overall Aisawan was a great hotel for pattaya. It's a bit north, but it's only about 100 - 150 baht to cab to downtown areas. It has a private beach which is connected to the hotel and a really nice pool area. Great for families and away from the dirty parts of pattaya. I would stay there again if I was to go back to pattaya. HOtel itself is a 5 star for pattaya standards... great staff and comfortable rooms. Hotel is close to santuary of truth - really worth checking out!

Nice swimming pool and breach. Good environment in the Spa. A lot choice for the breakfast. The furniture and decoration is quite old in the room. The hotel corridor is not bright enough, looks a little bit dark. The restaurants has too many flys around. There are 2 big swimming pools in there, and the swimming also connecting a private breach, which is so nice and converience for our children. The pool side restaurant for breakfast initially is good, but there are so many flys around. There a a lot of choice for the breakfast and tast is also good. The hotel room is quite big, but the furniture and the decoration is already quite old. The environment for the Spa is so good, there is so relex, but the average price per person stil very hight even they have already provide a special offer of buy one get one free discount. The location of the hotel is not near the center of Pattaya, every need to hire "Taxi" to go out. The hotel overall still is good, but I may try another newly hotel to stay in the next time.

Very Good equipments, Nice swimming Pool, Nice view. fair service quality, old bathroom equipment. First of all, I was attracted by Aisawan private beach!! It's really nice! no people come to ask you massage or anything, I can enjoy a quiet morning with a nice drink!
But, when i go into the room, i found that the equipments in bathroom are very old! that make me wonder "is it dirty? or just old?" Besides that, when I ask questions to the staff, their faces show that "you are very stupid" look....that makes me angry!
Shopping Tip : don't need to ask the tuk tuk outside the hotel, Wait to the hotel free shuttle bus!they will drive u to the town (big C), the shopping mall are big and very confortable! if you want to go other place, just take Tuk tuk, only cost you 10b/person!

It is a nice hotel if you want to relax and don't mind to be far out of the action. Try to get the Aisawan Clubroom. The Villa Rooms make sense only if you have the pool rooms on first floor.
