Ongoing construction, just o.k.

My wife stayed here with her friend and was a bit disappointed.
When they checked in, they found the ongoing construction noise near their room to be unbearable. When she asked for another room, they were kept waiting for a long time and staff was not very friendly or accomodating. Overall they felt that the value was not there even at the discounted rate. Nothing horrible but nothing to make you say "Wow", "can't wait to return".

The room was nice & clean. View from roof top pool (+jacucci) is fantastic.
Besides, there is another pool (+jacucci) locates in 3rd floor which is convenience considered the crowded roof top pool.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Hotel staffs are nice and friendly.

Very nice hotel and very friendly staff.

we stayed here for seven nights and was very happy with aiyara grand hotel. the staff are very friendly and happy to help at any time. the rooms were very nice. the bed was nice and soft. the aircon worked good.the breakfast was good with many choices. the only thing i was unhappy with was the wireless internet kept dropping out and was slow. good location to get a baht bus either to jomtien or pattaya.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Go see the Nong Nooch Gardens and the elephant show there. Fantastic.
Or the sanctuary of truth...

good staff but hotel far from Pattaya

hotel is okay but far from pattaya (jomtien) and far from the beach, the staff is good but the brakfast is only until 10am (early for Pattaya)and if you want use the shuttle..it's expensive.

Good atmosphere. Great decor. A little far from the beach but the rooftop pool made up for it. Extra bed was costly. Overall, enjoyed the stay and will go again.
Hotel Feature Tip:
go up to the pool with your company in the evening and enjoy the atmosphere.

The hotel is very new, clean but poor wifi and far

The hotel service is very good. We do not need to take tuk tuk, can travel hotel tuk tuk, talk with staff where want to go and can use the hotel tuk tuk and the price is fair. The swimming pool is very clean. The hotel is very new, room is new, large and clean. However, the wifi is very poor, always unconnected. I think the hotel must improve for the wifi as there is no internet port. The location of hotel is also far away from central.

Great peaceful hotel with exceptional service
Very new hotel, good parking spaces, good location and excellent service

Hotel located in a very peaceful area with just 5 minutes away from the walking street. Rooms are very well decorated through a mixture of Thai traditional portraits with modern style. Parking lot very convenient.
Nightlife Tip:
Pattaya Night Walking street is really entertaining !

It is very nice that they upgrade my room. room is quite nice with all modern things like LCD TV, wi-fi, and also breakfast is quite nice too.
its location is not too difficult to find if u drive yourself.

great pool, brand new rooms, clean, comfortable

hotel was nice and closer the beach than expected. rent a motorcycle for baht a day right across the street. hot tubs have cold water in them though
