The hotel room is clean and comfortable. The location-after we find the hotel- is quite good. Difficult to find at first as the hotel is located in a small Soi The hotel is easy to miss and hard to find for most taxi drivers from Bangkok. We did have to look around before arriving at the hotel. After orienting ourself with the hotel location, we were able to get around Pattaya quite easily with Baht bus. The hotel is within walking distance to the beach. I would stay there again as the price is quite decent from Agoda.
Restaurant Tip : Lek hotel is less than five minutes walking from this hotel. They have a dinner buffet that will suit most people. This is most helpful if you have a large group of people with varying taste for food.

Good room and good breakfast buffet Hard to find(at first) as the hotel is in a small Soi nThe hotel was not easy to find. We had to get the Taxi driver to stop several times and ask for direction before we were able to locate the hotel. After checking in, it was no problem finding everything around the hotel. It turn out that the hotel is centrally located and within easy walking distance to the beach and easy to catch the Bahts bus here just around the corner from the hotel. The room is in excellent condition and is overall, the hotel is well maintained. I would stay here again next time I am in Pattaya.

Our room was clean and spacious. The decor gave classy, and yet I felt a sense of relaxation The road leading to the hotel was like a back road and I thought at first I was going to a budget hotel. I am glad that I found an ideal hotel to rest and relax during my trip to Pattaya, somewhere quiet but not too far from the life-beat of Pattaya. My registration was taken care of with minimum fuss and within minutes we were shown to our room.The room was clean and airy. The decor was stylish, yet comfortable with everything that I needed within easy reach. I suppose I didn't specify that I wanted a room with a view and this would have made my stay perfect(We had a view of a semi-complete building, I think). The breakfast that came with the room was also great (since I love a good cup of coffee to start off my day, I would have enjoyed a nice brew, the coffee can be improved!)Checking out was also done with a minimum of fuss. I work in a service industry and I was pleasantly surprised that the All Seasons anticipated my needs and exceeded them in quite a few areas. Thank you!

The hotel is newly renovated, nice and clean with ocean view. The staff are very helpful and warm hearted. The location is a bit far from major activity place-walking st. The pillow is a bit too high. It is a nice and clean hotel with helpful staff and would like to stay again by any chance. Good choice for budget traveller.

Excellent value with all modern facilities.
The excellent buffet breakfast catering for all dietary requirements.
Friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend this hotel for both leisure and business travelers.

Very clean hotel. Good service. Nice sight on Pattaya at the terrace roof. Good for family. Not located near the nightlife, neither the beach.
Good choice for someone who likes to walk or have a bike.
Travel tip : Just a note: you should add a "not applicable" choice in your rating. As I did not have Food/Dining at the hotel, I have to rate it!

Clean and big rooms, Nice view from our room on the 16.th floor, wireless internet, friendly staff We stayed here on new years eve, and this was one of the only hotels in pattaya that didn't double or triple their prices on this day. The staff was super friendly and they spoke perfect english.Our room was big and clean and had a great view from the 16.th floor

It was very satisfactory. I liked the overall ambience of the property and it was close to major attractions.
Staff were kind and very helpful as well. The surroundings of the property were a little dirty; however, that didn't affect my comfortable stay anyway. Great staff & comfortable atmosphere
I was very happy with service and facilities, and the restaurant offered a variety of dishes in a reasonable prie range.
Some of the staff were really helpful when I was in need, and they always greeted me with a smile.
I recommend this hotel for any types of stay.

Cheap, clean room, near TOPS and Carrefour, can walk to eat and can walk only one and a half block to the beach. I think it is good for the foreigner. The swimming pool is good for baby and child 1-5 yrs. It is difficult to find the hotel and the location is not good because it nears market, unoccupied building and flat. The location is not good for us. It is suitable for night life but everything in the hotel is o.k. All staffs are friendly and kind. There is free baby cot for baby and child. It is worth to pay. The room is comfortable and clean but the bathroom is not suitable for baby and children because the children fear the ceiling shower. They don't want the water splash to their heads and eyes. It should have a tube shower.
Hotel Feature Tip : It is 3 star hotel. Its near the supermarket and night market and bar. We can walk or catch two-row bus to the beach.

Pretty close to the beach, right behind Hard Rock Cafe. Noises from neighboring rooms. Overall, this hotel will provide decent accommodations for anyone looking for a clean and affordable stay. The staff was very friendly and helped me get a car to Koh Samet the next morning, and the price they arranged was good. The hotel is not on the water, but close enough. However, as with many hotels in Pattaya, you'll risk overhearing your neighbor.

looks old from the outside. me and my girlfriend stayed at all season hotel for only one night.
the entrance to the hotel and the building really gives you bad feelings. but once you enter the hotelit's not bad at all.
the room is well lighted and clean. the services were great and the bed was nice and comfort.
Restaurant Tip : try moom sabai restaurant a couple of km up north from north pattaya.
