Cheap, clean room, near TOPS and Carrefour, can walk to eat and can walk only one and a half block to the beach. I think it is good for the foreigner. The swimming pool is good for baby and child 1-5 yrs. It is difficult to find the hotel and the location is not good because it nears market, unoccupied building and flat. The location is not good for us. It is suitable for night life but everything in the hotel is o.k. All staffs are friendly and kind. There is free baby cot for baby and child. It is worth to pay. The room is comfortable and clean but the bathroom is not suitable for baby and children because the children fear the ceiling shower. They don't want the water splash to their heads and eyes. It should have a tube shower.
Hotel Feature Tip : It is 3 star hotel. Its near the supermarket and night market and bar. We can walk or catch two-row bus to the beach.

Good services from Front staff.
Good price. I really appreciated the great services from the hotel staffs but the room condition is quite old and smelled like smoke so it will be nice to improve this condition.

Pretty close to the beach, right behind Hard Rock Cafe. Noises from neighboring rooms. Overall, this hotel will provide decent accommodations for anyone looking for a clean and affordable stay. The staff was very friendly and helped me get a car to Koh Samet the next morning, and the price they arranged was good. The hotel is not on the water, but close enough. However, as with many hotels in Pattaya, you'll risk overhearing your neighbor.

looks old from the outside. me and my girlfriend stayed at all season hotel for only one night.
the entrance to the hotel and the building really gives you bad feelings. but once you enter the hotelit's not bad at all.
the room is well lighted and clean. the services were great and the bed was nice and comfort.
Restaurant Tip : try moom sabai restaurant a couple of km up north from north pattaya.

For the price we paid, it was certainly value for money. The staff spoke good english, were very accomodative and helpful. Besides providing service as how hotels should, they interacted with us on a genuine basis. It was a warm feeling. The lane leading to the hotel is rather quiet. We felt a little uneasy walking back at night. We spent our first two nights here during our week-long stay in Thailand. We booked this hotel at the last minute, considering that the information we got through Agoda looked good to us. What we got was certainly more than what we expected. All Seasons Pattaya Hotel was a good choice we made.

This hotel is valued for your budget. Big Bed, clean and comfortable for deluxe room. Room function is good. However, better have bathtub for restroom.
I like the pool, a bit too small but nice. Should provide sauna or steam room.
Hotel interior is good and look modern. Car parking is also good as it is in the lobby area. The elevator is quite small.

The name, All Seasons Pattaya Hotel, was believed as one of the best hotels around Pattaya. After arriving, the mind was changed. It was very difficult to find. Everybody got lost. The hotel establishes in a very small street about 3-4 meter width. The hotel itself is very small but crowd with people in the lobby. There is no place left in the lobby and the service was not well either. Inside, the room was clean but quite small and no good view. Refrigerator, hair dryer, TV, and other accessories are well equipped. Last, check out was not taking the time.

Near Market. Well equiped room. All Seasons Pattaya Hotel is quite no-name. It is hard to get people to know the hotel. It is very hard to find and ask people around there. The place is in a very small road. The sign of the hotel was covered by trees. It took more than one hour to find the hotel. The hotel is very small and very crowd. The swimming pool is small too. It can be used for fun only not for exercise. The room was well equipped but no good view at all. All can be seen are building, many old building. No view can be seen at all.

Nice hotel, good location,.... For me there is quite important with fitness. So sad that your hotel don't have it. I liked to stay at your hotel even if your hotel didn't have gym. I could train at another place such as Tony's gym and fitness. The location was good too, with good food angood opportunity for shopping. I shall back again to your hotel.

Room was very clean and staff were nice. The hotel building looked very old. I found this hotel from internet and it showed only room pictures. When I arrived at the hotel, I was shocked when I saw hotel building because it looked very old. It was not nice when you look from outside. But when I went inside it was ok. Hotel staff were very friendly. It's located in a quiet area. If you don't like quiet, it's not good for you. You can walk to Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya and to the beach. It had coffee shop and bar. Staff told it had swimming pool but I didn't use it. However it was ok to stay here.
Nightlife Tip : You can walk to Hard Rock Hotel and other restaurants.

Room condition, service, swimming pool A very good hotel. It took me by surprise that we could get such a good hotel with so cheap rate. The only problem is that the hotel is not located by the beach, which takes around 5-10 minute walk. Room condition and decoration is very good, so is cleaning. Hotel staff is very friendly with good English. The swimming pool is so beautiful that I can't resist to take a dip. Restaurant is a little expensive compare to local price, but still in a reasonable range.
