Breakfast!!
We are vegetarians and we were amazed by the choices of food at the hotel.
There are only two lifts...they are small and slow!
The Stay:
We like the room and the bed. The bed is very comfortable to sleep on. The floor was very clean.
There are many TV channels to choose from. The swimming pool is good for baby to crawl in the swallow area.
The Breakfast:
We are vegetarians and it is very hard to find food to eat in Thailand. We drove around Pattaya and Jomtein but we weren't be able to find any good vegetarian food.
Amazingly, when we woke up and went down to the restaurant at All Season for breakfast. We've found there are plenty of choices for vegetarians.
Recommended for a short stay as the hotel is quite small... you will find that there is nothing else to do after 1-2 nights in the hotel.
But we didn't really stay in the hotel so we were looking at a hotel that has a nice bed room and nice breakfast and All Season has them.

have to waot for few minutes for the water heater
the room is quite nice. the staff is polite. but the breakfast was not delicious. anyway the swimming pool was nice. the location is quite ok. it takes few minutues to walk to the beach. it only takes around 10 minutes to jontien beach, a beach which is more nice than pattaya central beach. the room is clean and nice. but have to wait few minutes for the water heater

The hotel itself is nice. It's on a nice location. Not bad for its price. The shower was a bit slow and there is no hot water to make coffee with.
Hotel Feature Tip : free breakfast

The resevation is so easy and very useful to my trip.Hotel is alot available. Web is easy to understand and responding fast.
Should be more pictures of the room. Some hotels don't even have any pics of the room which is hard to decide if never been there before.
It had been so easy and helpful for my planing trip. There are so many hotels available which I have spend my time on searching the hotel. It s fun to even check for others destination on agoda web. Just a bit disappoint when I found out the price add more on tax and fee. My idea of choosing the hotel is how the room look like and where is that located. So if you can have more pics on the room will be much more interesting to go on it.

great value. The swimming pool and the complimentary breakfast are quite impressive.
Our room/floor level was quite noisy - You could hear footsteps and people talking in the hallway through our front door while sleeping in the bed. The location of the hotel is quite a bit off of the beach, so you do need to take taxis and/or walk a decent distance to get anywhere. Only 2 elevators for the entire hotel, so the waiting time can be quite long (during the hectic morning times). Wireless internet charges are quite expensive.
The hotel is quite a bargain, considering the complimentary breakfast is one of the best I have had in awhile. Additionally, there is a nice outdoor pool on the 3rd floor of the hotel. However, a few things were lacking for the hotel - 1. Our room was bothered by noise - you could hear all the noises of the hallway, because our front door did not have good sound insulation. 2. The large hotel only has 2 elevators servicing all its floors, making waiting times quite long, especially in mornings to and from our floor to the lobby. 3. The location of the hotel is off one of the main roads of Pattaya (Phattaya Sai 2), but not as close to the beach as some people are stating - you will need to take taxis to get just about anywhere. 4. The wireless internet is free for 15 minutes (practically nothing) and then you pay the rest of the day at a fairly expensive 600/baht per day.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : just outside the hotel is a motorcycle taxi stand, which you will want to use to get to most destinations around town without needing to spend much. Taking the meter (regular compact car) taxis in Pattaya is very expensive, because they don't actually use the meters and they charge much higher than in Bangkok.

Location is too complicate
Poor soundproof
I staid one night only. 15 min free internet, and 1 day cost me 600 TBH.
Location is too complicated, room soundproofing is not good.
If you need value for money, you can stay. but for fun in Pattaya, you better stay near to beach.

Clean room. Front Desk service was pleasant.
I stayed the hotel on 24/5. When i stepped into hotel, i saw the lobby packed with 50 or so tourists, waiting to check in. I requested for high floor which the hotel did gave me a high floor however with room facing a construction site. There's a door link to the next room which makes you feel insecure. It will annoy you if your neighbour room is loud. Someone called me to ask me for the hotel booking voucher, after i had told the frontdesk that i do not have the voucher before i checked in. Caller insisted that i need to provide the voucher if not hotel levy some charges. ridiculous.

-pool!!!!
-great styling.
-comfortable rooms with nice design.
-great value.
-close to beach.
First of all, I'm not one to book a hotel for its pool, but this was the coolest pool of any hotel I've ever stayed at. The actual pool is bordered by an area where the water is just ankle deep for a couple of feet in every direction. And you have to walk through it to get to the chairs so it was really fun - my son and I had a great time. Other than that I had absolutely no complaints. This was the first time where I felt like I should have been paying more for what I was getting!

Very good value for money! Clean rooms and a nice (but rather small) poolarea
We stayed here doing the crazy thai newyear, and this hotel was the perfect getaway from all the action. Do yourself a favour and print a map - the hotel can be hard to find because it is located in a small and quiet soi

This hotel is located at Central Pattaya and my second time staying there. Within walking distance to Pattaya Beach. Room is clean. Staffs are friendly. This hotel is value for money. Not too far from the new shopping mall, Central Festival Pattaya which is 7 level of shopping mall (if i am not mistaken)

General Location (not too far from beach)
Clean and comfortable
Back street location can seem intimidating late at night.
Service at check-in and checkout were inefficient and not the most friendly. I was not allocated the double room I booked and it look a long argument before I was offered an acceptable alternative. Breakfast selection was limited.
