More Upscale than I Expected

it's a very nice space, the rooms are quite large. a complete kitchen, including a washing machine, microwave and a conventional oven. two flatscreens, with the normal (i.e. pattaya) cable, which leaves a bit to be desired in terms of selection. finding the hotel was an adventure in itself, what with its proximity to "the nova suites." how many people pull in there, like i did, thinking they're at the amari??

Stunning hotel - will definitely go again

i stayed there for 4 nights - the staff was extra friendly, security conscious and the place was so much better than expected and the price was minimal for what i received. i will definitely stay there again on my next trip to pattaya.
the staff are very helpful and always willing to assist you with anything you need.
Travel tip:
Not much to see in Pattaya - definitely a party town for single people! :)

the reception staff are professional enough but do not give the impression that you are a welcome guest.
the room service menu is both limited and usually coled by the time it arrives to your room.
the hotel tuk-tuk has never once been available.
having said all that, the rooms are extremely large and reasonably comfortable and the position of the hotel is convenient fore all amenities.

I stayed at many many hotels in pattaya this review is a fact .i stayed almost a year here. The amari hotel truly is different. you will feel at home (if you forget the reception wich you have to pass from close distance everytime you enter the hotel ) working ladies are allowed to stay in your room (no charge) friends also if they leave id card .rooms getting a little old like the matrasses and pillows need a upgrade ( its still clean though) the verry large opium beds are relax ( has hdmi tvs)they have a verry comford leather couch in the livingrooms. But to cut a long story short if you go to shoppingmall buy a iron for your shirts and some plastic plates and forks etc from 7eleven you could stay in much cheaper hotel for 1800bath p/d , AmariNova is clearly not worth the 3000bath pd anymore they are getting older & more expensive!! Pattays is full with brandnew hotels. But lovely roof pool can swim alone at night with your gf

Nice hotel, good service, dont eat the food

The hotel was very nice, it reminded me of South Beach Miami. The service was really good, the staff was very helpful. The corner suite is very spacious, with a full kitchen, nice size bedroom with a surrounding balcony and the the shower fit two people. I have no complaints except for the bars located in the hotel close rather early and I got food poisening from the burger I ordered from room service. The beach is a 10 minute walk from the hotel and walking street was a 15 minute walk. The hotel has two bars but they close at 2a.m. Its a nice hotel for little money.

nice and large rooms but isolation is very cheap and insufficient
sleeping pills were very welcome
where are the 5 stars given to this hotel ???
i was expecting more from amari hotels
same service as in europe, where is the Thai hospitality end service
had to ask to take away the salon carpet
nice kitchen , but no kitchen towel to dry the cutelery and plates *****
