Beautiful room with really nice staff
the room was really well appointed and the location was perfect for us

we booked for a long stay and when we checked in they upgraded us to a suite. that was fantastic for my wife and i.
as i was working during the day, my wife found the service from the staff to be very helpful. the golf buggy was able to take her to the drop off points and she was able top get around the shopping centres easily with the local baht busses.
the air con was a little noisy but the street noise was not, the area was quiet but a short walk to great food and entertainment.
the roof top pool was wonderful after a hard day at work and the view was really nice.

this hotel offers all that i need for a business traveller. the room is well set up, the staff are efficient and helpful and the pool is well set up and located on the top floor, there is a pretty good view over the city.
to get around pattaya was easy with the golf cart and local songtaow pick up system.
the food options at the hotel are limited but if you are well planned, this is easy to overcome. those not so well planned simply step round the corner for many food options at very good prices.
