i have stayed with you before (last year around the same time) and i again chose your large facility. i enjoyed the tower room iw as given (an upgrade too!) beautiful room, lovely hot water shower and bath.
i had a meeting in the bar in the foyer of the tower and the setting was perfect and relaxed with quiet discreet service from the staff.
i will definitely come and stay again soon, my next trip may be be in the next six months.
reasonable price for the accommodation too which ai appreciate.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Best to stay away for main Pattaya as the noise and bustle can be annoying. No hawkers or street stall out front of the hotel too which is nice and makes for a more relaxed and easy movement.

i got a free upgrade to the tower wing on the 18th floor. they gave me a birthday cake which was beautiful and the staff were always polite.

As always, the stay was excellent. Except for a few minor housekeeping flaws, the room was in good condition. The view from our room overlooked the pool. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Would visit again!

Beautiful new Ocean Wing Rooms in Quiet Hotel
New rooms, swimming pool, quiet location

We were upgraded from the Garden Wing to the new Ocean Wing which was a true 5 star experience. Great location in quiet north Pattaya but only 10 mins on baht bus to Walking Street

the rooms are quite old for type i stayed but the new building would b good. reception was so good but maid and some stuff didnt seem to be friendly as it should be. the aircon and everything in the room are well mantained except for those in the bathroom (look quite old). what i like about this hotel is facilities and its location.

Ocean Tower Rooms, swimming pool, reception staff

On checking in I was upgraded from the Garden Wing to the Ocean Tower. The new building is new with contemporary styled rooms and a lovely reception area. The hotel is located in north Pattaya away from the craziness of the south end of the strip. The reception and room cleaning staff were all polite and well trained and I wouldn't hesittate to stay there again!
