2 fantastic pools, great breakfast with wide choice and tasty. Stylish and big room, and the staff is nice and helpful. The maid for housekeeping was not detailed enough.
Not suitable for non-couple as it is an open bathroom meaning there is no privacy to use the bathtub, but of course for toilet and shower, they have a separate room. I have stayed in the Ocean Deluxe Wing for 4 days and I wish I could stay longer. The room is so nice, large (49sqm) facing the ocean. It is absolutely a nice 5 stars hotel, especially i got the deal of upgrade from Garden Wing Deluxe to Ocean Deluxe. Breakfast is tasty and with lot of choices. Pools are wonderful as well, a free form and 1 lap room which is, I guess, at least 30m.
Location is not at the center of Pattaya Beach, but B10/person will be enough to get you to the center within 5-10mins. Big C, is within walking distance, even Tesco on the other side.
As the bathroom is open, it will be a problem for non-couple travellers.
I will recommend this hotel for those who look for enjoyable, comfortable stay in Pattaya.

Amazing room size, view, good breakfast, 2 beautiful pools and location on beach. Design very modern, good to have more traditional Thai food and drinks a little pricey. The hotel was everything I expected and more, huge, modern and comfortable room with big LCD TV
We stayed in the new ocean tower wing, its beautiful. The included breakfast was good and housekeeping was very prompt with all requests. Great for a family holiday as its a few kms. away from the infamous walking street. All in all a great deal.
Nightlife Tip : Be sure to use the pickup truck taxis, they are only 10 Baht per person per trip.

Nice swimming pool and views This was one of the most expensive hotel we stayed at but compared to the three other 4-5 star hotels we tried, this was the best. We stayed in an Deluxe Ocean which was as good if not better than the photos on this website. Very impressive rooms and the most comfortable beds and enjoy ocean and city views . Buffet breakfast was very good.
The clean swimming pool has a swim-up bar with two happy hours per day and wonderful food that can also be served in the pool.

fabulous location, amazing facility!!, great food, wonderful pool, personable employees!! Our experience at Amari Royal Orchid Tower & Resort was nothing less of perfect! We had no idea that the Tower had just opened November 1st, 2007, and was BRAND NEW! The views were magnificent and the rooms were beautiful. We never left the resort the entire three nights and four days. We thoroughly enjoyed their Spa with various types of massages & body wraps; their free-form swimming pool has a swim-up bar with two happy hours per day and wonderful food that can also be served IN the pool, or pool-side. Try the Phad Thai or Coconut Soup....like none you've ever eaten before! All the employees were very helpful and personable and went out of their ways to make our stay a wonderful experience! I only wish Thailand was closer to home (not a 13+ plane ride away!), so we could return to Amari Royal Orchard more frequently.
Hotel Feature Tip : We stayed in the Tower and were pleasantly surprised to find out that it was opened less than one year ago!!! It was a fabulous experience overall...the pool with the swim-up bar was great, too!!

Very reasonable price for the standard of accommodation and service provided. Location is in North pattaya, which is good if you want to stay away from the hustle of walking street. The restaurants in the surrounding area are excellant. The hotel has two pools which are great, would recommend for a relaxing stay. The price for mini bar and room service a little bit on the high side, but this can be easily overcome, as there are any shops nearby, so not realy a disadvantage After i had stayed at the Amari in Pattaya, i decided to look at the rest of the hotel chain outlets within Thailand. This was prompted by how professional the hotel was managed, and i imagine this is easy task looking it's size. All in all i cannot fault this hotel, as it really did not disappoint in any way. Will stay at this hotel again. Last but not least, i was very happy with Agoda, and have used them to book all my hotels throughout my month long stay in Thailand, making use of some very competitive rates.

The lobby is grand and awesome.
The location of hotel is the best in Pattaya, considering the market, beach and night life.
The room is just perfect for a couple.
The bath-tub right behind the bed is a novel and wonderful idea.
The best thing was.. we didn't have to search for Indian food outside the hotel. The restaurants have delicious food for everyone.
Mantra restaurant is the best restaurant in Pattaya.
The concierge was as helpful as he could have been.
The spa could have had open rooms with views of the pool/sea for an even better effect. The moment one enters the lobby of Amari Orchid Ocean Towers, one would definitely want to sit and spend some time there. I had a cup of welcome drink, and I forgot about the journey I had. As I entered the room, and I felt like I have entered the lap of luxury. I could spend hours gazing at the ocean from the room's window. The massage as Sivara Spa soothed my body and soul.
Plus, on Agoda, I got the offer of upgrade to Ocean Towers on booking 3 nights in Garden wings, which was a great offer.
Travel tip : Do visit Mantra restaurant !

There are garden tower and the ocean tower. The room in garden hotel was small. The staffs in the Amari Orchid were nice and the service was good. I was very appreciate that they provided me a Pattaya map. And the breakfast buffet was nice.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : You can have a Thai massage in the "Let's Relax" which near the garden tower of the Amari Orchid.

good location and modern room decoration The hotel is very close to beach. you can enjoy a beach walk at any time you like. it is close to tiffiny show and other entertainment places.
I would suggest you try the restaraunt across the tiffiny show. they provide very good service and very good Thai food, especially the Tom Yum Kung soup.

Professional & friendliness staff. There are two very different zone in the same hotel. Very old room and almost no view Vs new modern building. Study and check well before choosing room type in the system. Also compare the rate well before making decision.
Hotel Feature Tip : As the one loving the view from high floor and enjoy the new room, I booked this hotel seeing the tall building photo and name of hotel but ended up in a very old room in 2-3 floor building..very hard bed and decade old furniture. Luckily it is clean and still works.

This hotel has a great location near the beach and has many different activities for different age groups. The rooms are very big and can cater for a family easily. Nearby there are many restaurants that provide good thai food at reasonable prices.
Renting a motorcycle is easy and great fun but you need to follow the rules like wearing helmet and careful driving.
