Clean and large rooms, polite staff, excellent breakfast choise. Lack of lifts in the old building Very good hotel with polite and corteous staff and reasonable rates. We were offered an upgrade. The hotel is very popular with tourists from Indian sub-continent and Middle eastern region. Location is very good with easy reach to nightlife of Walking street, although reasonably far away from disturbance.

Nice environment (Ocean Tower). Every staff was polite and helpful. I spent 4 days here for my holiday. I highly recommanded this hotel to all my friends since the location was good. And also you can enjoy the nice beach and water sports just only by walk. You may see the friendly staffs and nice food. The only thing Iwas not totally satified was there was no hotel bus between the shopping area and the hotel otherwise there will be perfect.

Perfect in every way. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was a full buffet. Great views walking distance and the beach was across the street! We had booked another hotel and it was terrible. I went online and found this hotel with great reviews at a very resonable price. We booked two rooms and they were fantastic. The hotel staff was great too. Someone there to take your luggage and bring it to your room. A cold drink and towel while we waited to check in. We will stay again no doubt!

Great food and atmosphere, close to the beach! Beds are a little hard and the wifi is expensive This hotel was great. We paid for the breakfast to be included and it was well worth it. It was a buffet breakfast with many choices. Hotel staff was great bringing the luggage right to the room. The outdoor music in the evening was beautiful. With a very short walk across the street you are at the ocean. When we come back again there is no doubt we will pick this hotel again. Great value for the money!

quiet part of town, beautiful lobby area, nice pool area, clean, breakfast good. staff attitude at reception (not all of them), price, location if you like being next to the action (its good for families though) Pleasantly surprised upon check in with the attractive lobby area and the complementary lemon drink. The rooms lack a balcony and could do with a refurbishment but are clean so no real complaints. I would stay here again but would consider spending a little more and not stay in the 'cheap wing'. The maintenance guy was hanging around with a battery drill doing some ducting work outside our door which was annoying but no big deal.
Travel tip : Watch out for the cops on the roundabout nearby. We were busted twice on our bikes haha

other expenses inside are quite expensive The view of the ocean deluxe room is perfect in the ocean tower. Room was clean and tidy. The design of the bathtub is fantastic. The location is very convenient. Nice garden and pools. Although during promotion period, facilities such as spa are still more expensive compared with outside. Staffs are nice.

Good location, nice facility, friendly service, good value Free and charged items are not clearly marked We stayed there for a day after our business at Bangkok. We had stayed in other Amari before and so had some ideas about what to expect. We found its facility and service provide good value. It is right next to the beach, though we took the room with garden view. We arrived in the mid-morning and could check into the room immediately. The staff were very helpful in handling our check-in and in providing information about local attractions (We did not do the homework ahead of time and the suggestions we received turned out to be very good). Our package included breakfast with many selections. Many hotels of this class offers welcome fruit tray in the room. However, there is no sign to indicate it was a complementary tray. Instead, next to it was a sign saying many items in the hotel room were provided for the convenience of the guest and one could call the housekeeping to know if they were free. There was also no clear indication as to the moive in the room is free or how they would be charged. We did not have time to watch movie and did not bother to find out. But it would be better to make it all marked.

Quiet from street noise, nice garden and pool setting, pleasant staff noisy hall way, open air eating area for breakfast the hotel is easy to get to and the reception is pleasant and friendly.
the garden wing is low rise and rooms are accessed by a long corridor/hall which can be noisy with the amount of people traffic.
the second floor is via a short set of steps so handling luggage at check out on your own can be a problem if you are not strong.
the rooms are clean but a bit dated and tired.
the breakfast choice is typical and plentiful but the open air location means there are sparrows all over, even feeding on the bread. I declined to eat multigrain whilst at the hotel.
Restaurant Tip : Gullivers sport bar in easy walk, nice pleasant without two legged bar flies

Excellent customer service with all staff very friendly and helpful.
Outstanding pool and sunbathing area with two lovely pools and lots of space in the garden area.
Nice breakfast in a clean and quiet restaurant area. Good location - only 1 minute walk to the beach. Lack of privacy in the Ocean Tower roms because of the open plan bathroom design. Excellent hotel for both couples and families with friendly, helpful staff in all areas of the hotel. The Ocean Tower rooms and common areas are outstanding in terms of cleanliness. Excellent pool area with adequte sunbeds and lots of space. The lagoon pool is ideal for children.
The hotel is in a very good location - quiet at night, yet only a short ditance from the nightlife that Pattaya has to offer, and directly opposite the beach, with it's shaded promenade running the length of the bay.

The location of the hotel,the open bathroom in the Deluxe ocean Tower Hotel. We landed that morning and were welcomed by this real smiling cheerful staff with a delicious welcome drink. Though it did take us a while to check into the rooms it was worth it. The location, cleanliness,comfort, and ofcourse the open bathroom concept was a visual delight. The swimming pools were tempting and the staff was extremely courteous. Breakfast with Sushi included would have been most welcome like they serve at Amari Palm Reef, Koh Samui. All in all we go back with fond memories of the hotel, apure value for money experience. With the "Holiday Inn" coming up bang next door, hope you do keep up your high standards.

The reservation is so easy and very useful to my trip.Hotel is alot available. Web is easy to understand and responding fast. Should be more pictures of the room. Some hotels don't even have any pics of the room which is hard to decide if never been there before. It had been so easy and helpful for my planing trip. There are so many hotels available which I have spend my time on searching the hotel. It s fun to even check for others destination on agoda web. Just a bit disappoint when I found out the price add more on tax and fee. My idea of choosing the hotel is how the room look like and where is that located. So if you can have more pics on the room will be much more interesting to go on it.

Beautiful hotel especially on the ocean tower, great location eacy access to the city, good services. Too few parking spaces especially on the weekend. Swimming pools are too small for this size of the hotel. We stayed at this hotel over the weekend. The overall experience is great! We like the room decoration in the ocean tower. The hotel is right on the corner of north Pataya road and the beach so it is easy to access to the beach and the city. We stayed on the weekend and it seems that the parking spaces are hard to find. The swimming pools are also packed at the time.We ate at the hotel once. The foods are OK but not that great like other place outside of the hotel.

Great location, Good views, Proper Facilities I used to stayed here about 4 years ago and not impress at all because the service is suck and the hotel is old. I made decision to reserve this hotel again because the price is affordable when comparing to other hotels in the same standard. I found myself taking risk to spend my money on this hotel again!
I've SURPRISE!!! This time, everything is changed. The service is absolutely impressive at the beginning when I step in the hotel last to the end that I left.
Moreover, it's renovated the old garden wing plus a brand new building.
In summary, I have good experience during I was staying there. I almost spend my every minutes in the hotel and enjoy the restuarant and swimming pools.

Excellent room, Comfortable, Decent Food. This is great location as it is convenient to access places.Good flow of traffic as it is in the early road of North Pattaya. Pools are shared with cheaper guest from the old wings. They are loud and obnoxious. Front Desk staff still doesnt know what they are doing. Checking in takes a long time. Restaurant Tip : Great Mexican Food at the hotel. It is located in the front.
