Beautiful rooms, lovely decor, very attentive staff. Everyone was so helpful, kind, considerate, and generous. Restaurants were all fantastic. Would stay here again.

value for money and great location advantage. staff are not very helpful. veg. food could be improve . hotel offers great location in pattaya and also value for money. The Amari hotel is well made, clean and offers great experience. It is nicely located near the Beach Road and you are near to the walking street too. The Hotels Spa has great options and the total expectation from the hotel leaves a good and warm memories for returning to the same place.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The shopping mall ( C Market)near by and offers great time-pass and food at Hoff resturant were nice .a must visit

Good location at beginning of Jomtien beach, very friendly staff, perfect rooms, nice pool area, excellent breakfast Dinner Buffet: not a good price performance ratio Our visit at Amari Orchid Resort and Tower was great. We used a promotion and got a nice room for a very reasonable price. Location is good, just 10-15 minutes walk from new Central Department Store, about 20 minutes from Pattaya Walking Street. Breakfast was great, a big variety of Western and Thai food, presented in a very aesthetic way. Staff was attentive and friendly.

very nice people, good food,great location we have a great time in this hotel.the ocean tower is facing the sea and right next to the beach.just cross the street is the beach. the garden tower is also great,classic decoration and many facilities. the pool and the resturants are excellent.we can have a afternoon nap at the pool side and face the sea. very very good!!

It was fantastic and all the staffs are very friendly. This hotel it was a 5 star hotel I can say that, The room are very big and always clean after i left my room,about 5 minutes from the busy area. The hotel very quiet and peach, I enjoy it very much. About 1 minute walk to the beach and also the hotel have got a very large swimming pool. Good for family holiday that what I think. The main thing is all the staffs are very friendly.
Nightlife Tip : 5 minutes from night life and also 2 minutes from the beaches.Take two minutes to shopping centre by minibus.

Great facilities. Nice pools. We didn't upgrade to the new tower, which was a mistake (although the room cost $65, and the upgrade was more than that). The room had one small window and was pretty old and dated, but otherwise sufficient. But at night there were tons of bugs and mosquitoes. Really hard to sleep. The new tower was more "hotel" and the old rooms had doors that led directly to the outside (so bugs might not be a problem in the new tower). Whatever the new tower is, the old one is 3 star at best.

Expensive internet service
Yellowish water If you are on a business to Chonburi or Amata Nakorn area, try this resort style hotel in Pattaya. its 40 minutes by highway 7 to the industrial estate and you can avoid the jam in Bangkok. AFter day of business you can still enjoy the beach and massage. Parking is free in this hotel and its close to Central Shopping Centre. But expect to pay 500+ baht for the full day internet service and dont squirm the yellowish water that comes out from the tap.

Good location, great swimming pool, quite, nice sunset room small, service at the pool quite poor Amari is definetly good hotel, with a good staff. It is a right hotel if you want go to Pattaya and stay out from the night life. In the north of Pattaya there are nice seafood restaurant, just 5 min by taxi. The swimming pool is quite big and quite (but it depends from the guests) except when there are bi group. The service at the pool is not so performant, you have to look around and wait before find someone of the staff. Over all a good long weekend, I recomend it.

liked the room, the bed, the pool area, and the customer service having to pay for internet, the bathroom lacks privacy I had a nice stay at the Amari. The tower building was new. The breakfast was ok...not as good as marriott or sheraton but better than i had in BKK. A bit away from the popular area..you can walk in 30 min, but you can get a taxi. Prices for transportation are a bit higher in Pattaya and there seems to be some collusion between drivers where they set the prices. Price was cheap but hotels here have come down a lot lately

Friendly hotel staff and the concierge was also very helpful.
5min to the beach and the walking street.
Very nice designed swimming pool, attracting people to relax and suntan by the pool. It is also big enough if you intend to have a real workout. Gym is very small, much so that you might not consider at all. We were greeted by the friendly staffs working at the reception, with a cooling traditional lemon grass drink.
However, something can be done for the lobby to improve the ventilation as the weather was so hot that relaxing at the lobby was near impossible.
However, reception was helpful to organize the rooms and getting the luggages and minimizing the waiting time.
Overall the hotel stay was pretty decent and location is very good.

Nice hotle. Especialy love the pool bar. When you checked in is take long to waiting and We have to ask for welcome drink while you are waiting. No newspaper to room while we are stayed. Service are slow somtimes when you asked what you need. Hotel are very clean. Room price are ok. Food little bit expensive. Would live to stay again because love the both pools.

Pool, location and atmosphere. Waiters, charge for every little thing, and the pool hours.
Very nice resort right on the beach. The only thing disappointing was that they charge for every little thing. The pools are great though. Very relaxing.

The hotel room is spacious in the 5 star Amari Tower, located right on the most quiet area of Pattay downtown. it is very convinient to go to Walking street for a wonderful night life and also very quiet at night for a good rest.
I like the swimming pool which is clean , well managed by many employees who stay right beside for any of your request during you enjoy your suntain and swimming. It is certainly safe for you to spend days with your family and kids.
Emplyees are very friendly, warm greeting every monring and you feel you are very much respected as a prestigous customer. There is a min bar in the lap pool that attracted me most. Every employees are friendly and delicated to serve you anytime upon your request.
Room is very clean without a dirt. I highly recommend you to put your heart down if you want to bring kids or elder to enjoy vacation in Pattaya by booking Amari hotel.
Location is also very nice, you access to walking street by 5 mins taxi drive and enjoy the quietness at night time for a good rest.
The ocean tower makes you feel you are right beside the beach.
try it for your next trip. You will prove all i say is true and absolutely right.

Great hardware and software. Great location and good price more travel info/guide support Amari Orchid is a great 5 star hotel. A great location, great hardware and great service. When I checked in, I was arranged in a room without good seaview. When I requested a change, I was given immediate response and arrangement to a good seaview room once itwas available. The service quality is really impressive.
