I stayed here for four nights with friends in one Junior Suite in the Tower and a Tower Deluxe room on the 16th floor. Whilst the view was excellent, the room design however modern provided no privacy. If you had friends in your room they can hear you having a bath or using the toilet. Best of all their staff feel you don't need locks in the toilet or shower room - so if your friend / partner walks into the room and heads to the loo - pray that you are not in. The bathtub is right behind the bed and fully open - making it unusable - the A/C hits you straight while having a bath. There is a construction site right next door and all the workers get a great view of your room. Three times during the stay the lifts got stuck - once even with the check-in staff. My safe got locked out and it took them two hours to get it opened. All this in a new property! Their garden wing is way better, at least it's quiet and things work. Construction works starts right from 6AM in the morning and it is really loud. The so-called suite is nearly the same size as a deluxe room, and the only difference is you have a sofa and JVC music system, not a separate living area as in most hotels. Take the Dusit or any other hotel.
- Hotel Feature Tip : Don't take this place if you are going with friends / family - nice for a honeymoon - or clearly specify to the staff what kind of room you want.

The garden wing has more of a resort view to it - the perfect place for a relaxing holiday.
- Restaurant Tip : Samsakdi's restaurant is a MUST. The prawns in garlic sauce were some of the best I've ever had - and trust me I've had a great number of prawns.

You can choose the room without breakfast because there are many restaurants outside the hotel and have breakfast on the beach road, it costs about 100~120 baht for American breakfast.

we booked a club room unfortunatly the put us on the 17th floor which wasnt.after long argument they agreed that we were right.gave us a free dinner. the next day we were shifted to a club floor room.

You must not miss the welcome drink, it tastes so good. It is very fresh and make you feel relaxing, especially under such hot weather in Pattaya. It was a big surprise to me.

We stay in the hotel just for a weekend, but we complained to the management because the hotel was under renovation, and it was not declared in the website. Finally we stayed at the swimming pool, but all around working people made noisy.
