When booking on the internet you sometimes wonder what you will get, I have been very lucky with Agoda....100% satisfied and this hotel was no exception.. It is in a centeral area of Pattaya within walking distance to almost everything..I was pleased with the roof top pool, small but good gym and the staff... Limited parking for both cars and motorbikes
Hotel Feature Tip:
Don't be turned off by the Soi (street) entrance...

i absolutely love this hotel. everything works very well. not bad location just in a small alley opposite narai hotel. clean and nice pool with really good sauna. the room is just nice size with a very strong wifi internet. hot shower works well. this hotel is just superb!! definitely stay in this hotel again next time i visit pattaya.

The hotel is located in the back of an alley. I have stayed at August Suites before, which I would recommend. I really think you could better than this hotel. They would not provide extra pillows, and did not have any soap.

very good hotel with excellent staff (room cleaning lady too good at her work)we liked the rooftop swimming pool my 19 month old son thought it was there for only him.The only let down was the location in a side road past some very smelly dustbins.

We stayed at this hotel on our last trip to Pattaya and had a great stay. The hotel is in a good location where it is walking distance to the beach (behind the Hard Rock Hotel) and close to nightlife but still far enough away that you get some peace and quiet and you're not dealing with the crowd that comes to Pattaya ONLY for the nightlife. The rooms are new, clean and plenty large and there is a very nice (but small) rooftop pool. I'd stay here again on my next trip to Pattaya.

There is also a sauna and gym available if you have the motivation.

Quiet Street but close to the Beach Road

The Hotel staff are great, many speak good English.
The only down side of the Hotel is the parking, one morning I had to get up early and go Golfing, my car was blocked in, eventually I got out but over all I would recommend this Hotel

Stayed here for 2 nights, staff always friendly and eager to help. Rooms very nice and a good size. Value for money. But would be much better if breakfast was included. I will definitely stay here again when I return.
