It was a very enjoyable stay. The staff were very helpfull and attentive, good language skills. The room spotless. The hotel is in the centre of things, but down a quiet side street, so not noisey in the evening. I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel, i thought it was excellent value for the money.

Good location - Walking distance to the beach, supermarket and shopping malls. Able to get massage / foods just round the corner.
On the downside, room is rather small and no breakfast included. Walls seem to be very thin, was able to hear noise from other room. My parents' room wasn't very clean; they complained of bed bug.

very good place to stay if you are area on business , on quiet soi. parking is a hassle but not unbearable. rooms are great, clean and facilities good although gym pool closes too early.
i travel here every week !

The hotel is hardly find in tiny road about 6 meter width and have to walk about 200 meter from street. The hotel customers very noisy while I paid about 60$. In that price can get the better room and location

very convinient to whatever you want to go in pattaya. the hotel is new so it looks clean. the clerks are very nice, smiling a lot.
Hotel Feature Tip:
there is no water-boiling kettle in the room, but you can ask from the reception. the view in the room is not good, but the roof is awesome!

Lovely hotel and service with a smile

THe location is good at it just locate between 3 big shopping in Pattaya, which are Central Festival, Central Centre and Big C Extra. The room is comfortable and quiet. The staff is polite and service with smile. I enjoy stay in this hotel and if I come back Bangkok I will stay in this hotel again.
