The hotel is in a calm and nice area. With a taxi you will arrive in the city. They must do a better swimming pool. It is very hard to come up from the pool. I have been many times in Pattaya. Usually I stay at Royal Cliff beach hotel. And that is a good hotel, but Asia is also a good hotel. But I think they can start to renovate some of the rooms soon. It looks a little bit old. The restaurant was also good, fast service, nice food, and the breakfast was very large.

If you stay in this hotel for longer than a week and know how to ride motorbike to downtown, it would be better to stay here. Otherwise, I would recommend go somewhere else.

I like this hotel because I love swimming in the pool by the sea side. Pool is large and comfortable to swim in. If you want to enjoy a relaxing beach resort time, I recommend you this hotel because of the price and facility is well balanced.

From the minute you enter a hotel you know if you are going to have a relaxed stay. This was one of those times; the staff was very polite and friendly. From the reception, chamber maids to the pool side attendants, they all were pleasant with good English. Every whim was catered for. The rooms were very clean, tidy with modern decor, just like you see on the website. The hotels location was ideally positioned close to the local attractions, however far enough away from the noisy and busy nightlife. Overall a pleasurable experience.
Restaurant Tip : Just by the hotel further up the beach road there is a restaurant called "the green tree." It provides excellent food at a reasonable price, with good entertainment.

Not a bad choice for Pattaya.
Travel tip : There are better places in Thailand. We probably will not come back to Pattaya.
