I love the size of the bathroom. Room is clean.
Free 2 mineral water inside the cooler + free hot drinks near the stairwell (can choose any drinks, such as: tea, coffee, choco.)
Near mosai (bike taxi) pick up place.
It cost 80thb (with mosai) from this place to bus station.

Totally advised for those who plan to spend their vacation in Pattaya. The guesthouse is located at equal distance from the Jomtien beach and Pattaya city centre. All destinations can be easily reached by motorbike which one can rent right at the guesthouse. The price is moderate, the room is great in terms of cosiness and cleanness. The hosts are very nice people and always ready to help.

The staff were friendly. The hotel is around 15 mins walk away to walking street and around 15 mins away from the bus terminal too. Rooms are small but clean.

I traveled with my two college classmates for 6 days. The first day we arrived, the hotel was a little hard to find because it isnt on the main road. But we came to find out later that from the hotel it took only 5 minutes by bike to walking street.
The staff was great, answering all our questions and english was not a problem. The lady would recommend us places to go, especially ones that would fit out budget. Also renting bikes was a major plus, especially seeing how inexpensive they were to rent.
Defiantly a great place to stay.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Make sure to bring your own shampoo. They offer soap but not shampoo. Also there is a place across the street where you can wash your clothes for about 150 baut.
