Great place to stay

We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel and it was so pleasant from start to the end. This is our 3rd time at this hotel and will be surely visiting next time also.
Nightlife Tip:
Take a motor Taxi to walking street. Very close.

New hotel but disappointed

Looking forward to stay at this hotel since there is many good reviews. I came with family and definitely a residence will be a much better choice. Being a hotelier as well, kind of disappointed in the way they handle the issue. When I first check in, there is actually no room available for me. However the receptionist has asked for my passport and fill in registration form. Why would you want a guest to fill in all this when you have only one defect room for me? They should have consulted me about the air cond issue first which has not been fixed since the night before. Only after the guest services manager came out to attend me. Offering me another hotel stay which is not of residence type and did not prepare any of that particular hotel information to view. Expected I know the hotel which is the NOVA PLATINUM well. Upgrading of room was never offered to me as well even though the category of room i booked was not available.Not really satisfy with this because I wanted a residential not a hotel for this trip. At the end I do not wish to argue much because my family been traveling from Bangkok for 3 hours due to heavy traffic. I left no other choices but to move on to this Nova hotel. Will consider If we're to return again.

This is a great new serviced residence in a quiet area about 8 mins walk from the beach. The rooms are large and very clean with good amenities and the pool is very nice also.
Restaurant Tip:
Jameson irish pub is just around the corner and is excellent for all types of food and drink from early morning till after midnight.

This hotel is well worth visiting for anybody looking to be nearby the nightlife / shopping malls and even the beach.
Hotel staff are friendly and the rooms were clean.
Only downpoint is that the airconditiong in the room was very noisy which I told the staff and they changed me to another room which had the same problem, (you will sleep through it) but you surely do notice the sound. Rest of the hotel was fine.

The rooms are big and clean. The location is also OK with less than 10 minutes walking to the beach.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Roomy, top quality room, excellent pool, adequate fitness room. Would not have liked Pattaya if we hadn't had this place to retreat to. Tips: rent a motorbike just outside the hotel gate. Make use of the far end of the beach around Soi 1, and drive to the other nearby beaches on the motorbike. Also: definitely go to "Flight of the Gibbon".

Nice serviced apartment hotel away from the crowd

Pros:
- The location is quiet and in walking distance to the central
- The rooms are very large and interior styling very good
- Nice kitchen and bathromm
- Nice pool and gym
- Breakfast buffet good for europeans but only standard overall
Cons:
- Walking to the beach road is not harmless because of traffic
- Internet by WiFi not working stable and slow connection
- Construction side behind the hotel (Dec 2012)
Travel tip:
Pattaya city can only be recommended for people who look for party and nightlife fun. All others will be dissapointed here.
The beach is awful and the traffic is very bad.
Bars and nightlife entertainment everywhere. Unsave city.
It seems mostly russian guests come to this city.
