great hotel centrally located near shopping, night life and bars. staff were great. the only compliant would be breakfast, not a buffet but a cooked breakfast, but no variety the same every day.other than that a great stay. would recommend.

Nice hotel, friendly staff huge , enjoyed my stay.
Location of this hotel is very central to everything. The king size beds are huge and the rooms are very clean. I will be coming back soon.

Loved everything about this hotel . The check inn is fast, the service is friendly with out being in your face. The rooms are good size and the king beds are huge. The pool is good, and there is no hassle bringing friends to visit. The location is great close to everything shopping bars, resteraunts etc. this was my second stay here and I'm sure I will be back again this place is value for money.

My room was very nice. I believe it was an executive suite. It is with in walking or baht bus distance to all sois for some great nightlife. I loved it there.

I have stayed at the executive suites (5th floor) and I was surprised by the quality of the room and specially the bathroom which had a large walk-in shower and an additional bathtub. The bedroom area is separate to the living-room area which is nice but it was disappointing to see that there was no TV in the living room area but only on the bedroom.
The staff was very attentive and friendly and the cleaning lady was very accommodating with my request for extra towels and time of cleaning. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends visiting Pattaya.

a very good location and very big room, we book family suites and have two bedroom but only one connecting toilet use together. swimming pool is nice but the hotel lobby not always turn on air-con, it will hv a little bit hot if waiting in lobby.
Shopping Tip:
walk 10 mins to central festival shopping center
