it was confortable stay for me in aya.
not cheap but also not expensive so i could be relaxed during my stay.
and everyone knows aya such as taxi driver or some pataya girl, that helped me to stay easy.
but some insects were found in my room, the point is bnegative for me.
and when i checked out, after my payment some receptionist gave me less change than my expextation.
she said they have not enough change for me but i tihnk that is the problem.
after all i paid by card.

This hotel is ok both location and the room quality. However, for light sleeper, it can be a nighmare because their sound proof system is so weak. You can hear the lightest step outside your door or your wall every single time

Happy with friendly staffs and service even late check in. Good location just few minutes walk from Royal Garden Plaza. Nice & clean room. Will definitely back here again.

Great location, just a few minutes to Walking street. A few cheap places to eat at the nearby roads parallel to hotel. Hotel staff, very friendly and professional. Hotel off the streets, but doorman will get taxi right to hotel door when checking out.

The hotel was easy to find and on a quietish street.We were 5 mns from walking street which was definitely a con.
The coffee next door is great for breakfast and has very good coffee.
Our neighbours were very noisy and the fact that the walls were quite thin did not help.
They offer free wifi which is handy.
The swimming-pool was the biggest disappointment as it was between 2 floors with very little space to sunbathe.
